Career and Profession:
With 31 years of experience at the Nigerian Ports Authority, I have established myself as a competent professional in the maritime, logistics, transport, and supply chain industry.
Currently, I serve as the Head of the SERVICOM Department at the Calabar Port, where I manage customer complaints, drive service improvements, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
My journey includes key roles such as Marketing Officer and Personal Assistant to the Port Manager of Lagos Port Complex, as well as active participation in committees focused on revenue generation and corruption prevention.
I am a recognized leader in the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), earning accolades such as being one of the Top 100 Global Ambassadors and one of the Top 100 Influential African Women in Supply Chain.
I am also a Nominee in the Top 100 Career Women in Africa 2025.
