We call them pleasures… but sometimes what we enjoy is quietly destroying us - sweet in the moment, yet leave the soul bitter afterward.

A pleasure becomes guilty when you have to silence your conscience to continue.
It becomes guilty when it doesn’t just entertain you, but enslaves you.
It becomes guilty when it thrives in secrecy, when you can’t bring it into the light.
It becomes guilty when it steals you from what is good, holy, and purposeful.
And it becomes guilty when it promises joy but leaves you empty, thirsty, and unsatisfied.

The most dangerous pleasures aren’t the loud ones… they’re the subtle ones that feel harmless until you realize they’ve chained your heart.

Dear friend, Your soul was not made for temporary thrills. It was made for eternal joy in Christ. Don’t settle for pleasures that costs you your peace, your purity, and your purpose.

The size of your dream doesn’t scare God — it excites Him. What looks impossible to you is nothing compared to His unlimited resources. Don’t shrink your vision to fit your pocket; expand your faith to fit His supply because your dream + God’s provision = reality waiting to happen.

There’s a huge difference between knowing about God and knowing Him personally.

David didn’t say The Lord is a Shepherd...
He said: The Lord is MY Shepherd.
That’s relationship. Intimacy. Ownership. Oneness.

Is God just GOD to you... or is He truly YOUR GOD?

Growth is quiet. It’s in the small choices no one sees, the silent battles you win, and the uncomfortable stretching that makes you stronger."

You may not feel it daily, but if you're showing up, you're growing. Keep watering your effort — the bloom is coming.

What part of your life are you growing in the most right now? 🌱

Close is never enough.
Judas was close—yet he betrayed Jesus.
Lot’s wife was close—yet she looked back.
The rich young ruler was close—yet he walked away.
King Saul was close—yet he lost it all.
The Pharisees were close—yet they crucified the One they claimed to represent.

Being near the presence of God is not the same as being in alignment with His will.
You can walk beside Jesus and still miss Him.
You can perform for Him and still not know Him.

God isn’t calling us to be close in appearance—He’s calling us to be close in heart.

Today, let this be your heart check:
Am I walking with Jesus, or just walking near Him?

📌 Save this. Share it. Let it search your soul.

The fact that God ordained our days for us should also give meaning to every day, not just the special or exciting days of our lives. Every day is important for us because it is a day ordained by God. If we are bored with life there is something wrong with our concept of God and His involvement in our daily lives.

The Christian life is very much like climbing a hill of ice. You can’t slide your way to the top. You can’t stand still. If you stop moving forward, you will automatically start slipping backward.

The first time you slip might feel harmless, but if you don’t catch yourself, you’ll keep sliding—sometimes faster than you can control.

Every step forward requires effort.
Every step must be carved out intentionally.
You have to keep pressing, keep cutting, keep climbing.

If you Stop pushing, you will start falling.
If you Stop growing, you will start sliding.

There’s no neutral ground in this walk with God.

You’re either climbing or you’re sliding.
You’re either moving closer to Jesus or drifting away.

Standing still isn’t safe either. It’s the first step to falling.

May God help us to keep going, to keep growing and not to stop or settle till we've gotten to our destination which is heaven at last.
