Remembering Nollywood actor Muna Obiekwe โค๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Popular Nollywood actor Muna Obiekwe was one of the most loved faces of the Nigerian movie industry, especially during the golden era of home-video productions.

Muna began his acting career in the early 2000s and quickly captured the hearts of movie lovers with his handsome looks, calm screen presence, and ability to bring both romantic and dramatic characters to life. He became especially popular for his lover-boy roles and shared the screen with many of Nollywoodโ€™s biggest stars.

Some of his memorable movies include Not Man Enough, The Laptop, The Laptop 2, Secret Shadows, Men in Love, BlackBerry Babes, The Code, My Darling Princess, Negative Influence, He Lives in Me, and Beautiful Faces.

At the height of his career, Muna was one of the sought-after actors in Nollywood.

Away from the cameras, he was known as a private person. He was married to Gift Obiekwe and was a father of two children. He largely kept his family away from the public eye.

Sadly, Muna Obiekwe passed away on January 18, 2015, at a young age. His death came as a huge shock to Nollywood and his countless fans, who mourned the loss of an actor whose career was still on the rise.

Years later, his movies continue to live in the hearts of classic Nollywood fans. His legacy remains a reminder of the talent and memories he gave to Nigerian cinema.

Muna Obiekwe may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธโค๏ธ
