Two of my many drinks I prepare myself.
I substitute them for all these stuff they put in cans and bottles that are kpiang us...

Different company producing different poisionn, very addictive if you don't take time, they refrigerate it, you consume and the liver ,kidney, are in trouble, inflammation and pains .

They tell you fruit juice but I assure you fruit has no business with the juice.
They tell you orange juice whearsas its all 2% orange every other thing is water sugar and color.
Real orange is in the market, buy it and eat don't even juice it, I have teach you why .

One has cinnamon, Bayleave and clove together soaked for 7 days, drink a shot morning and night.
You can read up about their medical properties.

The other is hibiscus flower cooked with cinnamon, clove ,ginger, you can add pineapple.
Refrigerate so it dosent go sour, substitute it for soda .

I mostly take them on empty stomach, you can take them after meal.

I can take orange on empty stomach, which will actually cause problems to another, so know your body firat before you take anything on empty stomach.

The earlier you run away from some of all this bottled stuff the better for you.

Those days when I used to eat like banditt, once I see pear like this, I will consume it with a full loaf of bread and step it down with coke in my small mind enjoyment not knowing I was actually poisoning my system and overworking them.

Until I learnt its best to eat it like that.
Help regulate appetite, like I ate this in the morning and I haven't feel hungry again.
Many more including the seed if you can grind and drink whivh actually helps to lower bp and ulcer treatment

Or soak it in dry gin and apply for arthritis. , one fruit that used to be cheap until weight lose and keto people made it so important and now its becoming so expensive than imported Apple

One thing I have observed about life, if you are dishonest and always having the mindset of what you can gain at any given opportunity, you will gain once and not gain again, and when people associate with you once, they will aviod you asap and even warn people about you.

But if you are honest and wanting to deliver rather than what to gain, I am telling you from my experience you will have contact and favor.
People will trust you and not just trust, they will introduce you to their friends.

I usually get Jobs from references more, because their friend told them I deliver and keep to time, funny enough they will send both money for cam and service charge without fear what if I don't all because their friend assured them.

Just because I did the Job well, and keep to my words, sometimes they call me for other things.

If I check my schedule and I can, I will be like swnd me the location and what to pick, I won't bother telling the person how much are you going to pay or send me transport fare, I will go snap pix send and do whatever it is, then tell them this is what I spent on transport, if I did waybill, I send them the amount I pay with the company receipts.

Guess what they won't only refund your money, but will add what if you had been to forward to ask, you won't even ask up to such amount.

If its something I can't, then I help them get the person that can but they will want me to be in charge and see the person delivers.

you will gain trust
You will gain patronage and references.
You will have contact
Side hustle no pass like that.

But lots of you usually get such opportunity and mess it up all because of greedd, trying to do fast guy, trying to extort, oh he or she has money , you think they pluvk the money from tree.

If you can have contact from Abroad that trust you, its a big win, cos they are mostly scared of us here, how dubious we can be, but if you are sincere to them, they will prefer you to their siblings and benefits comes with it.

Just like I went to a transport company last time to do waybill, my money was 11500 and this boy told me its 14500, I paid into the company account ooo whivh is why O didn't argue the amount, but when I was now requesting for receipt and he is delaying, my spirit told me something is up, I told him, see I need to snap and send it to the owner, the next thing he used a number to send me company massage without link or company name even made mistake on parcel number.

I said to him, I need my receipt with the amount I paid and parcel number, I will need to snap the receipt and send to the owner, and why send me link with a number, I got angry, went inside said to the cashier, hey una wan run me street, where is my receipt or should I make a post about your company, I already snap you guys and everything, that was when they realized I wasn't playing, the guy started apologizing and said he haven't got any cash, he will send to me, I should drop my aza, I said my money now, or I am calling out your company, the other one went and collect from PoS and gave me back , this is someone when I come, he will always run the waybill for me, then I can find him something, but instead of maintaining that relationship, he decided to run me street.
That was how I started avioding him, funny enough he was telling me to find him something that day, I said no wahala only for him to mess, I still gave him 1k.

I always tell this to some ndi oso ahia that I meet, some of you have met who will help you, but your liees and greed shook them off, you prefer that 5h or 1k you reap immediately than creating a long time relationship that can make the person collect your contact and you will be the one doing the stuffs instead of them coming or when they come they look for you.

I know their are still people that you will ecounter they will want to use you, just do your best, and withdraw from them, by the time they try another person that will deal with them, they will run back to you, then this time, tell them your charge, they themselve know they fk up, they won't complain as long as you do it for them the way they want it, because they know you are honest and reliable.
Thats how I deal with such people, but I mostly meet the good ones.

Honesty will take you far in life, though it won't bring in quick money but you will be okay unlike dishonesty that will bring quick money and ruin you atlast.
