🌿 Weight Loss Journey Is Not for the Weak! 😅
Honestly, this journey isn’t for the weak at all! But no matter how tough it gets, it’s something that’s very important — and I really want it to become my lifestyle.
I’ve come to realize that 90% of the weight we add is because of what we consume — not necessarily because we eat too much, but because of the high intake of carbohydrates in our meals.
When you reduce your carbs and replace them with water and fruits, you’ll notice a big difference. 💧🍎
Now, my advice is this:
Don’t go and starve yourself because you want to lose weight. If you can afford healthier meal options, go for it. For instance:
👉 Fufu and apple swallow are heavy — they add weight easily.
👉 Wheat and oatmeal are great alternatives.
👉 Plantain swallow is amazing too — it’s lighter and healthier. You can buy a bunch of plantain, slice, dry, and grind it into flour.
You can also make your own healthy swallow — soak cassava for a day, dry it, grind it, and mix with yam bark or plantain flour. It works wonders. 🌾
And please — drink more water! If you can, take water every hour or every 2–3 hours. It really helps cleanse your system. 💧
Fruits and vegetables should also be your close friends. They play a big role in keeping you fresh, light, and active. 🥗✨
This is what I’ve been doing recently, and it’s been helping me a lot.
