You’ve thought about it all day. You’ve replayed it in your mind, wondering how everything will work out.

But tonight, remember: you don’t have to solve everything before you sleep.

The same God who carried you through today will take care of tomorrow.

Teacher. Counselor. Caregiver. Nutritionist. And sometimes, full-time detective! 😂

I respect doctors and their profession, but sharing my experience caring for my children doesn’t mean I’m claiming to be one.

I will never prescribe drugs or tell you to ignore medical advice. I’m simply sharing what motherhood has taught me through experience.

Because doctors have their training, but mothers have the experience of raising and caring for their children every single day. ❤️

The moment you’re out of the theatre, your body needs REST.

Don’t rush to sit up, talk too much or spend hours pressing your phone. Get comfortable, rest your head on the bed no pillow and allow your body to recover.

That early postpartum period is not the time to prove you’re strong. You just had major surgery!

Listen to your body and follow the recovery instructions your healthcare team gives you. ❤️

There are prayers you’ve prayed so many times that you’re beginning to wonder if God even heard you.

He did.

Whatever you’re trusting God for today, keep holding on. His silence is not absence.
