The work does not depend entirely on you.

Elijah thought he was the only faithful servant left. God told him there were seven thousand others he knew nothing about.

Leadership becomes dangerous when you believe nobody else can carry the vision, make the decisions, or continue the work.

Great leaders do not make themselves indispensable. They develop people who can carry the work forward.

Solomon knew better.

It was not romance. It was a quiet claim to the throne.

Many leaders pacify rebels, honour the loud, and ignore the loyal.
