If you and your partner have been trying to conceive without success, don’t assume the problem is always with the woman.

It may not always mean something is wrong.

Possible reasons include:
🩸 A naturally short menstrual cycle
🩸 Hormonal changes
🩸 Stress or major changes in your routine
🩸 Birth control or emergency contraception
🩸 Fibroids, polyps or other reproductive health conditions
🩸 Bleeding between periods that may be mistaken for a period

The important question is: was it a true period or unusual bleeding?

Simply count from the FIRST DAY your period starts to the DAY BEFORE your next period starts. That number is your cycle length.

For example: If your period starts on September 1 and your next period starts on September 29, your cycle length is 28 days.
