Wholeness
I wandered, fractured, through the quiet night,
Gathering pieces beneath scattered light.
A puzzle unfinished, a heart in doubt,
Reaching for whispers of something devout.
Each fragment held a story untold,
Of fleeting moments and winds gone cold.
Yet in the cracks, a shimmer would rise,
A soft promise, a dream in disguise.
Wholeness isn’t found in lines so straight,
But in the spaces where we recreate.
In broken parts that fuse once more,
Shaped by storms we can’t ignore.
For it’s the gaps that let us grow,
In all we’ve touched and learned to know.
In every scar, in every seam,
Lies the beauty of release and dream.
Wholeness isn’t the loss of the torn,
But the strength found in being reborn.
Complete, not through flawless design,
But in every piece, both yours and mine.
