Have you noticed that whenever you post a new picture of yourself glowing, people send messages like "Hello, where have you been? You don forget me abi?"

Don't fall for it.

Some people message you when they see your transformation just to know about your current status. Some message you because they want to taste the new version of you. They don't really care.

Even your ex might message you when they see a new version of you, don't fall for it. They're just curious about the new you. They want to taste and will likely lose interest soon after.

Be careful around anyone who texts you immediately after you post a new picture.

Most times they either want gossip or a temporary connection.

Focus on your life and your current relationship, don't get distracted.

A mentally challenged woman has given birth to twins.

For almost a year, I have been seeing this woman on my way to work. She always seems happy and calm, unlike other mentally ill individuals who can be aggressive and unpredictable.

Her calm nature is remarkable, and if it weren't for her disheveled appearance, one might not even realize she has a mental health condition. When I saw that she was pregnant, I was deeply moved, wondering if someone had exploited her friendly nature.

Every weekend, I bring her food and try to clean up her living space. During her pregnancy, I worried about the lack of prenatal care she received, fearing complications during delivery due to her poor living conditions. Nevertheless, she gave birth to healthy twins in the market, which was a surprise to everyone.
