DAY 5 /30
CLOTHING STORE
Stop Trying to Sell to Everyone
“If your business is for everybody, your marketing may be connecting with nobody.”
One of the biggest mistakes small business owners make is trying to make their content appeal to everyone.
💡 EXAMPLE
Imagine you sell ready-to-wear clothing.
Instead of saying:
❌ “We sell quality clothes for everyone.”
Be more specific:
✅ “Affordable smart-casual outfits for young professionals who want to look polished without overspending.”
Now your content can speak directly to that customer.
You know what to show.
You know what problems to address.
And your potential customer can quickly decide:
“This is for me.”
📝 TODAY'S ACTION
Write down:
WHO: Who is most likely to buy from me?
PROBLEM: What are they struggling with?
REASON: Why would they choose my product?
Then create your next post specifically for that person.
📌 REMEMBER
You don't need everybody to see your content.
You need the right people to see it and understand why your offer is relevant to them.
👉 Comment “NICHE” if you want to start defining your ideal customer, and save this post before you move on.
