Augustus All men dream but not equally.

Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.

*What Warfare Really Is*

Warfare is whatever you do against the enemy's camp.

Did you pray? That’s warfare.
Did you obey God’s instruction when it was hard? That’s warfare.
Did you give what He told you to give? Did you fast, speak the truth, love someone difficult, or endure shame for His name? All of that is war.

Some people think because they didn’t do something dramatic, they didn’t fight. But I’m telling you: every act of righteousness, every deed done in obedience and faith—it all strikes at the enemy’s ground.

And in these days, we can’t afford to forget that we’re in a battle. The enemy is gaining ground where believers are passive.

If you’re doing anything the enemy hates—keep doing it. That’s warfare.

*The Kingdom of Life vs. the Kingdom of Blood*

Jesus made all things. In Him is life. Satan has none, so he steals it. That’s why witchcraft depends on blood—he needs power from living things. That’s his only option.

Demons extract life wherever they can—animals or humans. The more valuable the life, the more power it gives them. That’s why the devil wants human blood. Humans carry God’s image. They are the most potent source of life on earth.

Wherever people open the door to these spirits, they come in. Geography doesn't limit them. Whether in a village or a city, in Africa or the West, demons manifest where they’re welcomed.

God never asks for such things. He gave His Son, not someone else’s child.

You cannot remain neutral. Rejecting God is choosing the other side by default.

*Rebellion Is Witchcraft*

The Bible says rebellion is like witchcraft. It’s not about acting dramatic or saying “I’m rebellious.” It shows when you don’t listen to instructions.
When you hear a rule and ignore it.

Saul disobeyed the instruction to wait. He couldn’t stand people leaving him. He panicked and offered the sacrifice himself.

That was rebellion. That’s what opened the door. That same Saul later killed every priest in city of Nob as well as the men, women, children and animals. No enemy king ever did that to God’s people. Saul did.

That’s what rebellion becomes. You say, “I’ll never do that,” but you don’t know yourself.
The heart is deceitful. That’s why you obey God—not just because you understand, but because you trust His command.

That’s how He trains people. Through instruction and obedience.

*False Mercy Will Destroy People*

There’s such a thing as unsanctified mercy—mercy that didn’t come from God. It allows evil to continue. That’s not compassion. It’s destruction.

Think of Batman and the Joker. Joker keeps killing people, but Batman won’t stop him “because he doesn’t want to be like him.” Meanwhile, more people die. That’s how the world thinks: if you punish evil, you’re no better. It’s not true.

That mindset has entered the church. People think love means never correcting or removing anyone, even when they’re harming others. But real love removes evil to protect the rest. That’s what 1 Corinthians 5 says. Then in 2 Corinthians, after the person repents, they’re restored.

God’s love confronts and heals. If your version of love lets people keep doing wrong, you’re not helping—you’re harming. Don’t follow the world’s idea of love. Stick with God’s.

*Dreamers, Prophets, and the Test of Truth*

Deuteronomy 13 gives a strong warning. If a prophet or dreamer gives a sign or wonder, and it comes to pass—but they say, “Let’s follow other gods”—don’t listen.

That’s the test. Not whether the sign came true—but whether it drew you closer to God.

There is a real calling called “dreamer of dreams.” Joseph was one. Daniel too. And some people in our time have that calling. It’s not hype. It’s prophetic. These dreams often contain years—decades—of revelation. But many believers ignore or mock them. “It’s just what you ate,” they say. That’s unbelief.

If you’re a dreamer, write it down. Record it. Many of the most accurate dreamers don’t even look prophetic. But their dreams are precise.

Dreams can be symbolic or literal, but the key is this: if it pulls you away from love for God—even if it’s accurate—it’s not from God.

*Fruit of the Spirit: Faithfulness*

_Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. (1 Corinthians 4:2)_

Faithfulness is not developed overnight; rather, it results from persistence and dedication to one's duties. As one of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit, faithfulness grows as we work with God in the responsibilities He entrusts to us.

As Christians, God demands our faithfulness in obeying Him and trusting Him in everything. When we are consistent in doing this, we cultivate the fruit of faithfulness. As a result, we will be entrusted with greater responsibilities.

*May the Lord help us bear the fruit of faithfulness*

*The Fruit of Joy*

_But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law (Galatians 5:22 & 23)._

Another fruit of the Spirit is Joy. Joy in the Greek is _Chara_ which means to be cheerful, to have a calm delight. Joy (inward cheerfulness) is what the Holy Spirit gives us amidst troubling circumstances or challenges that make us sad, so, joy is not dependent on external circumstances. We need the Joy of the Lord because it is our strength and is what enables us to push through times of depression and sadness.

We can only have the Joy of the Lord when we abide in the Lord Jesus.

*I pray God gives us Joy amidst troubling circumstances, Amen!*

*The Importance of the Watchman*

This was how cities were defended. That was the job of the watchman. So when you hear watchmen in the spirit, understand — these are God’s scouts. Elevated. They see farther than those at ground level. The man walking in the market sees five people.

The one in the watchtower sees five battalions. So when someone speaks from that kind of elevation, don’t be too quick to challenge their intelligence report. You’re not standing where they are.

And it’s not just about spiritual maturity. You could be a king — and not be in the tower. Kings aren’t on sentry duty. They receive intelligence from those who are. And when the communication system is functioning, the king can have a fuller picture.

But if a leader has no watchmen — or they’re off duty — he’s blind. He’s giving orders without intel. And the enemy can breach the gates while the people say, “Our general hasn’t said anything.” But what if your general is asleep in the war room?

*Fortified Cities and Forward Posts*

Isaiah 62 talks about placing watchmen on the wall who will not keep silent day or night. These are not fences — in ancient cities, these were massive fortifications. The walls of Jericho were so wide that people lived inside them — Rahab, for example.

They had watchtowers. Sentinels would stand on them to see afar. That was their post. Like Habakkuk said, “I will stand on my watch and see what the Lord will say to me.” Without a watchman on the wall, a city is blind. There is no early warning system. No eyes beyond the gate.

You don’t wait until the enemy is breaching the perimeter before you act. That’s why watchtowers were built out in the wilderness, far from the city. It’s so the scouts could see enemy advancement long before the city was in range.

Think of telecom masts — not as high, but far enough for surveillance. One tower spotted movement, another signalled. A rider would gallop to headquarters. Or a signal relay — a succession of towers — would pass it on. The city’s defence depended on this chain of communication.
