When Motu is sad, his movements become slow and heavy. His shoulders slump forward, his big round face loses its cheerful spark, and his eyes droop with a tired, almost childlike disappointment. He may drag his feet instead of bouncing around, and even his love for samosas seems to fade—he might hold one absentmindedly without taking a bite. Sometimes, he sighs deeply, rubbing his stomach or head as if trying to comfort himself. His sadness often feels innocent, like a child who doesn’t fully understand why things went wrong.
Patlu’s sadness, on the other hand, is quieter and more thoughtful. He usually stands still, adjusting his glasses slowly, with a worried or reflective look. His eyebrows tilt slightly upward in the middle, and his eyes soften with concern. He might place a hand on Motu’s shoulder, trying to reassure him, even when he himself feels low. Patlu tends to look down or away, thinking deeply, as if searching for a solution even in sadness.
When they’re both sad together, their movements sync in a subtle way—walking side by side in silence, heads lowered, steps slower than usual. The usual lively chatter disappears, replaced by a calm, emotional pause. Their friendship becomes the focus in these moments, showing that even without words or jokes, they support each other.
These sad movements make their bond feel real—because even in silence and sorrow, they stay together ゚viralシ
