Let me tell you about this girl, Tola.
Tola was that babe everyone noticed fine, confident, always outside, always looking good. But there was one thing she kept ignoring⌠her body was trying to talk to her, and she refused to listen.
She started noticing a discharge. Not the normal one o the kind your body does quietly. This one had a strong smell. At first, she brushed it off like, âmaybe itâs just stressâ or âit will go away.â
But it didnât.
Instead of paying attention, she doubled down on her lifestyle junk food, sugary drinks, skipping proper meals. Vegetables? Fruits? She would hiss and say, âIâm not a rabbit.â Water? She preferred soda.
Meanwhile, her body was begging for help.
The smell got stronger. The discharge changed. She became uncomfortable, especially around people. Deep down, she knew something wasnât right, but she felt shy⌠even a bit scared to face it.
One day, her close friend finally pulled her aside and said,
âBabe, your body is not your enemy. If something is off, you fix it not ignore it.â
That hit her.
She went to get checked, started taking care of herself properly eating better, drinking more water, keeping things clean but not overdoing harsh products. Slowly, her body started coming back to normal.
See, the thing is your body always gives signs. Ignoring it doesnât make it disappear, it just gets louder.
Tola learned the hard way that âlooking goodâ is not the same as âbeing healthy.â
And honestly? No amount of perfume or fine outfit can cover what your body is trying to tell you from inside.
If something feels off, itâs not the time to form strong head. Itâs time to listen.
