As a geographer and a traveler, I have traveled around and within Nigeria, I have been to all states in south west,south east and south south, as a worker with one of the largest cocoa firms in Nigeria I have been to villages,towns and camps in south west and south south... To be sincere with u I would rather be a tree in south east and south south than to be a human being in south west..... Do u know that u can't find any hotel, good roads, electricity, borehole water, hospital, Network in 95% of villages in south west pls quote me..... These people lack community development and collective effort in rural development..pls quote me it's not they say it's facts and I can take u round south west if u have the time and money.....south west is totally underdeveloped and overrated...... If u doubt me let's take one example Ikom in Cross River is a cocoa producing town, Idanre in Ondo state is a cocoa producing town pls visit both, u will hardly see good hotel in Idanre quote me, then go to villages in both town in Ikom Thur villages have good houses in idnare their villages are all mud houses, no electricity, no networks, no good water.....
