Business will humble you in ways you never see coming. 😭😭
These past few weeks, I won’t lie, I’ve been down. I’ve been putting on a happy face, posting, laughing and acting like everything is fine, but deep down, I’ve been in serious thoughts. 😔
Imagine having 22 packs of Coke products with their expiry dates getting close. Something I normally sell for 4,500, I had to sell for 3k each just to clear them out. 😭
As if that one wasn’t enough, my 8 packs of Cida yoghurt have an expiry date of 19th of this month. Something I normally sell for 10,500, I’m now selling for 6k, but even at that, they are still refusing to move as fast as I need them to. 😩

I just discovered that 4 packs expired yesterday, the 14th, without my knowledge. Kai!
Solo minerals nko? 😭
I had to drop 12 whole packs outside while going out on Saturday so the aboki people could pack them because they had all expired.
Even packs of Lucozade expired too, and I had no choice but to trash them immediately I noticed. 💔
All this because 3 new competitors suddenly opened beside me. 😭
Honestly, my emotions have been a mess this period. There are days I’m just looking at everything and wondering, “God, what exactly am I supposed to do?” 😭
But you see that thing called giving up? I’m not there yet.
I may cry.
I may get discouraged.
I may have days when I don’t even feel like talking.
But I will still wake up and try again.
Because behind every small business you see thriving, there are stories of losses, sleepless nights, bad sales, expired goods, unexpected competition and moments where the owner almost said “I’m done.”
Maybe this is my own difficult chapter. But it is NOT the end of my story. ❤️
To every business owner going through it right now, especially those silently struggling and still showing up every day, i see you. Please don’t give up. 🫂❤️

The agreement is that 2 people can't sell same thing but how and why they approved it, i don't know and seriously, i don't care to know cos mine will always be mine.
