Genius Creative Brands is hiring an Operations Lead to sit at the core of our multi-division creative and media company (covering music, film, production, fashion, events, and more).

💼 The Role

Position: Operations Lead

Location: Egbeda, Lagos (On-site)

Type: Full-time

🔑 What You’ll Do

Optimize day-to-day operations across multiple creative divisions.

Build and implement SOPs, workflows, and automated systems using tools like Notion, Asana, etc.

Act as the operational bridge between the CEO and divisional teams, driving KPIs and deadlines.

Eliminate bottlenecks and keep a high-growth environment running smoothly.

🎯 Who You Are
You have 3–5+ years of experience in operations or project management (creative, media, or tech sectors preferred).

You deeply understand the Nigerian business and creative landscape.

You are an execution-first “doer” with obsessive attention to detail.

You don’t just manage tasks; you own outcomes.

Now, we are making it official. We are launching the Genius Creative Brands Full-Scale Media & Creative Industries Internship Program across all our verticals for students, fresh graduates, and NYSC members.
