We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Real Estate Company in Nigeria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 2-3 years proven experience accounting roles.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
● Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.
● Competent in financial principles and knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
● Excellent mathematical, accounting and financial process skills.
● Good time management skills and confidentiality.

Position: Driver

Location: Lekki

working days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicle for official travel and business or as requested by the MD.
• Maintain high standard of service
• Ensure punctuality and safe transport
• Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local codes and internally agreed standards
• Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty
Car Security & Maintenance:
• Ensure vehicle is kept cleaned, secured and in good working condition at all times
• Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks, check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres etc.
• Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience as a company driver or similar role.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and geography.
• Physical fitness to load and unload goods if necessary.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
