Every year, is commemorated worldwide to shine a spotlight on men who are making a positive difference and to raise awareness of issues that men face on a global scale.

With male su***de being the biggest killer of men under the age of 45, according to charity Calm, encouraging people to have open conversations about topics such as men’s mental health and male su***de is essential.

A lady woke up one day, feeling unfulfilled. She had saved millions from working 3 jobs consistently without a single break in 25years.
As she sat watching television, she saw a war-ravaged city and a brilliant plan dropped in her heart; she would tour for charity.
The next day she gathered a substantial sum of her savings and set out to tour 10 war-ravaged cities in the world, distributing relief materials and more importantly, loads of love.
There and then, she found fulfilment.

Today, we celebrate world tourism day, inasmuch as it is very nice & relaxing to visit tourist sites, we could as well travel the world, leaving footprints of love in our wake.

Our Nansen Award recognizes people dedicated to help refugees around the world. These are the amazing heroes who came close to winning the 2018 prize:
1. Campaigner Tuenjai Deetes has devoted her life to improve the lives of stateless hill tribe communities in northern Ireland.
2. German mayor, Andreas Hollstein has worked tirelessly to welcome refugees to his town of Altena.
3. Samira Harnish, the Nansen Award Americas finalist and founder of Women of the World.
4. Reclaim Childhood, a non-profit sports programme for refugees and local girls in Jordan.
