First of all, Andy’s eyes look amazing in this light, she be GLOWING.
Second, I have a friend who takes the tube every day for 45mins each way and she tells me she just sits there. No phone, no music, no book, just rawdogging public transport. It feels diabolical but maybe she’s onto something. The only time I do this is when I’ve lost my head phones (yet again) and then I look out the window and pretend I’m in a movie while contemplating my life. Maybe I should do this more often 🤔maybe we all should. Food for thought indeed!

This has got to be the best motivational video to prioritise your health and enjoyment of life. From the sassy scarf flick to GLOWING in the sun, to showing us some cute sheep and making a Ram pun at the end. 10/10 no notes 👏👏 Now go outside and eat the sun everybody!

I think Andy’s onto something here but I think it will take a while. We drank alcohol on a regular basis for YEARS and it’s only now that people are realising the repercussions to our health. I also wonder if social media is affecting our memory. I feel like my memory is getting worse these days. I’m going to ask Andy if she’s noticed any difference with her memory since being off social media. I’ll report back 🫡

Love this from Andy! I’m so happy I’ve finally got my algorithm on a nice rhythm of creative inspiration and wholesome moments. I too had a period where I was watching so many videos on how “men should treat me” I forgot how I wanted to be treated myself and how I want to treat others. Let’s all try and not go down these rabbit holes and still maintain some personal critical thinking ✌️

Andy makes such a great point with this. Her no social media life keeps gifting us with more positive insights. A friend recently told me she quit her job and I responded with “Congratulations!” And she said thank you because she wasn’t feeling happy and now she’s taking a chance to make a change and find her own fulfilment. We love to see it ❤️

Andy makes such a good point with this one. I’ve also found that I need to make myself available when my loved ones need me, not just for them but also for myself. Helping others makes me want to do the same for me so I can then be a strong support system for others. We sometimes need to just reach out and take a hand along this journey of life. So many insights, my sister should be a guru lol. Hope everyone is having a present and delicious week so far 🫶

Andy is right, a walk always slaps! Love how she’s saying how it’s so cold there’s ice in the mud. My daily walks are currently in the snow here haha. As always she’s really inspiring me to just put down the phone and enjoy what we already have. Loving posting her journey for her 🫶

I’m actually a day late in posting this as I went out and partied but it still works. I’m getting worried that Andy is going to turn into some kind of superhuman after this. Tomorrow I’m going to go for a walk and look at some trees. I’m a very proud sister and inspired by Andy 🫶
