I dey available for any deal

You shouldn’t miss reading this post.

A lady sent a message to me one day asking that I help give her page visibility.

I said Ok, what value does your page offer people? She had no answer for that.

I went through her page and the only posts I saw there were the dates she changed her profile pictures. Funny thing is that she keeps changing her profile pictures almost every two days using the same picture. So, it was just lined up like that without any write ups on any of them.

Now, I asked her, after begging people to follow you, when they get to your page what would they be doing there? How can you retain them?

She had no answer for that too. The only things she had her mind on was getting followers.

This is similar to what most people do. They complain that they are not making money but they are not doing anything that brings money.

They are so fixated on growing that they forget to prepare for such growth. They have no substance, no value, but instead of trying to lay these primary foundational structures, they are praying for someone to cast a brick on their air.

I have seen so many people make these mistakes in their businesses, both online and offline.

You pay people to send traffic to your page but when this traffic gets to your page, there’s nothing there to retain them, so they leave. Tomorrow, you pay someone else and the story ends the same.

When I was a hunter as a little boy in the village, we had a technique we used to catch rabbits and Grasscutters. We would set traps, move far behind these traps, and then use long sticks to beat the bushes around us forward toward those traps.

We know that these animals will not run towards us but towards the opposite direction where our traps are set in wait. This technique always pays off.

Unfortunately, most people today keep their traps at home, hire a community of people with long sticks and beat the hell out of thick bushes, and then go home complaining that they caught nothing.

I use this technique too as an Arbitrage Blogger. If I have twenty days to send traffic to my blog, I would spend 10 days setting traps on those blogs and spend the remaining 10 days to beat the bush (send traffic) towards the traps.

And guess what, I don’t stop at setting traps, I make the traps like a home where one can live, have children, and invite visitors. This is a subtle way of telling you how I retain and retarget traffic on my blogs. This is how the same traffic that gives others $5 would give me $20. Their own is one off, mine is continuous.

It’s only an unfortunate person who invites customers to an empty shop, and it’s the most unfortunate person who does not find ways to retain their customers.

Anyways, happy weekend and Sallah, It’s Lucia sitting on hot chair today. I’m still busy searching for fried Ram meat.

You should share this to help someone out there. The journey is not “follow for follow.”

LOOK BROKE AND PEOPLE WILL IGNORE YOU! Act Broke, Build Wealth: The Entrepreneur’s Mindset

Right now, I’m sitting in a coffee shop, enjoying my afternoon coffee, feeling broke. Not because I don’t have money, but because I’ve trained myself to think like an asset builder, not a liability spender.

Many entrepreneurs want to be wealthy, yet they spend and show off like they’ve already made it. Real wealth isn’t loud—it’s built in silence.

To truly create financial freedom, you must learn to act broke—not out of scarcity, but out of strategy. Every income, every dollar, every Kwacha must be put to work. Wealth doesn’t come from spending; it comes from converting money into assets, not liabilities.

Forget the flashy lifestyle some people showcase on social media—it’s not real wealth. Have the patience to stay low-key, focus on growth, and let your investments do the talking.

While others are flexing, I’m working and investing. While they’re spending on liabilities, I’m building value. My goal is not to look rich for a moment—but to be wealthy for a lifetime.

Your future self will thank you for the financial discipline you practice today. Build first, flex later.
