Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus international release date now official with other new smartphones also expected.

Xiaomi has started teasing the first international release of the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus. Seemingly, the IP69 certified handset will be launching alongside the Redmi Note 14 and Redmi Note 14 Pro with quite a few changes from the current Redmi Note 13 series.
It is no secret that Xiaomi will eventually offer the Redmi Note 14 series in more countries than just China. For context, the company kicked off the series in September by releasing the following Redmi Note 14 smartphones:
Redmi Note 14
Redmi Note 14 Pro
Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus.
Please be aware that these are all 5G models. However, recent leaks suggest that there will be 4G variants too, though, to replace the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G (curr. $212 on Amazon). Recently, Xiaomi confirmed that it would be unveiling the Redmi Note 14 series internationally, despite having introduced predecessors only earlier this year. Now, it seems that the company is ready to reveal more details about this release.
For reference, Xiaomi had previously teased that that the series would reach India next month. As expected, Xiaomi will expand Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus availability to India first before offerign the devices to other markets.
Specifically, the company has now revealed that the Redmi Note 14 series will land in India on December 9. Potentially, launches in Europe and other markets are not that far behind, though. Xiaomi has not confirmed as much just yet, though.

Oppo Reno 13 series design leaked ahead of launch.

Ahead of its November 25 launch, a new leaked image has exposed the Oppo Reno 13 series with an iPhone-inspired design. Pre-orders for the Reno 13 series have already begun in China.
Oppo Reno 13 series is all set to launch on November 25 in China. The company has already opened pre-orders for the series. Two phones are expected to be launched including the standard Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro.
Ahead of the launch, a new leak has emerged online (via Gizmochina) revealing the design language of the Reno 13 series
The leaked design suggests that Oppo is moving away from the curved design to an iPhone-inspired design language with flat edges for the Reno 13 series. Additionally, the camera module design with two vertically placed camera sensors also has a resemblance to the iPhone 12 that was launched in 2020.
Previous reports indicate that both phones will feature a Dimensity processor. The standard model is expected to come with a 6.59-inch display, while the Pro model may boast a larger 6.83-inch screen. Notably, the Pro model is rumored to include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Following the launch in China on November 25, global availability is expected by January 2025 according to the reports.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series allegedly set for January 22 Unpacked event.

New reports have now seemingly revealed Samsung's launch plans for the Galaxy S25 series. Supposedly, the Korean company is preparing its next-gen flagship smartphones to be unveiled on January 22 or January 23.
Reports surfaced earlier this week hinting at Samsung potentially readying the Galaxy S25 series for an early January launch. Those reports now look to have been wide of the mark, in light of new information from typically reliable quarters.
As revealed by leaker Max Jambor, Samsung's next Unpacked event is scheduled for January 22. While the leaker doesn't explicitly mention Unpacked, other sources have shared identical information, with the consensus being a January 23 launch date in Korea. Seeing as Samsung's home market of Korea is about 9 hours ahead of mainland Europe, the discrepancy in dates can be chalked up to time-zone differences.
As it stands, Samsung will likely present the Galaxy S25 series alongside new Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy Watch 8 series at Unpacked. The company is also reported to have the Galaxy S25 Slim in the works. It's unknown if that device will be unveiled along with its siblings, however. Word on the grapevine leans strongly towards the negative, though, and it's likelier the S25 Slim launches later in the year—perhaps around July, at the same time as the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7.

Galaxy Z Flip 6 specifications and features revealed in full by new leak.

A new leak has shown off everything the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 has in store. You get the same cover/primary display along with upgraded cameras and a 4,000 mAh battery, A recent leak shed light on the entire Galaxy Z Fold 6 spec sheet. It effectively confirmed a multitude of other leaks and showed off some new AI-powered features. One can reasonably assume it to be authentic as it was shared by Evan Blass, a reputable leaker. He has also shown off what the Galaxy Z Flip 6 has in store for us. For starters, the secondary screen has been downgraded to an IPS panel, instead of the AMOLED version found on previous Galaxy Z Flip devices.
Like the Galaxy Z Fold 6, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 can serve as a real-time interpreter by displaying two languages simultaneously- one on the cover display and the other on the main display. On top of that, you can now use the cover display to reply to messages, although you'll have to make do with AI-generated responses for now. Using the feature requires you to be signed into a Samsung account.
Next, the Galaxy Z Flip 6's cover display can double up as a camera viewfinder, allowing you to use its new and improved 50 MP primary sensor for selfies. While the feature isn't exactly new, the upgraded camera sensor should help bolster image quality. Otherwise, you can rely on the phone's 10 MP selfie camera. Given its space constraints, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 does not include a telephoto lens, with a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens accompanying the main sensor.
Most notably, Samsung has upped the Galaxy Z Flip 6's battery capacity to 4,000 mAh (vs. 3,700 mAh on the Galaxy Z Flip 5) without compromising on the weight, which remains constant at 187 grams. This is a commendable feat as Samsung has also added a vapour chamber to help keep the phone's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy in check.
As confirmed by an earlier leak, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 can be configured with up to 12 GB of RAM. Unfortunately, internal storage seems to be capped at 256 GB, although one can't rule out the existence of a 512 GB model
