Like the 11 rods for the other 11 tribes of Israel, we may all lie with Aaron's and submit ourselves to God, all interface with the shekinah and dwell in the secret place of the most high, we may all fast and pray with same intensity but only his will blossom and bud, not because they failed but because it was not given to us to obtain that unique ministry.

As we grow, we will talk less of paying the price for any and everything and talk more of the election of grace knowing that after we have willed and ran, it is still God who shows mercy, working in us to will and do but only in accordance of his good pleasure.

Daniel at the command for the ex*****on of all wise men in Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar went to his 3 friends, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to seek God's face, they probably even prayed more than him but when the Visions came, it went to Daniel because it was given to him!

As we mature, we seek more to be simply that which the Lord has prepared for us and to please him by finishing our course, than desire growth which is large in the sight of men but cancerous and worthy of extrication.

(Part Two)
Continuing from where I stopped on my previous post, I will be putting another layer of light based on my view on the topic.

The following are certain postures you take that makes God's voice scarce or unfamiliar to you:
3. Do not document the Words of God to you: When God speaks, He doesn't speak to gossip, He doesn't speak to be counted among the number of voices being heard on earth. Rather, His words reveal to us His person. His word is He himself. He is the Word.
But if you can't even remember the last thing he said to you because you didn't document it, do you think he would want to tell you another?
James 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
The value you place on His words reflects in how you document His word for Remembrance Purpose and for Doing Purpose.

4. Do not Take Actions: Many persons fall into this category, because all the scriptures, inner witnesses of the Spirit, dreams and visions, and encounters they have had in their lives have remained in books. Nothing has been done in response to the words they received.
Yes, prophecies are not sleeping tablets. You are meant to run with them.
Habakkuk 2:1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. 2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
Are there words lying fallow in your life today? Take them, and activate them by taking steps as you are instructed.

Things to do as a BELIEVER if you DON'T want to HEAR GOD…
(Part One)

Before now, some days, I wouldn’t hear God speak to me. But the days I hear His voice, I rejoice like I won a million naira jackpot. Little did I know that God consistently spoke, but I didn't understand how to condition myself to hear Him always.

Even the days when I heard Him, I would still doubt and I realised that it affected my relationship with Him.

I became quite inquisitive about this subject. And these are my discoveries so far.

I will not tell you things to do in order for you to hear God. But I will tell you things you have done or might be doing that may be the reason why you can't hear Him. Cos if there's one thing I've discovered is that God wants to speak to you more than you desire to hear Him speak to you.

1. Live UNCONSCIOUS of His presence: Many of us do not realize the authority of scripture and how that whatever the Bible says God is serious about it.
Matthew 28:20 and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
Hebrews 13:5 for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
These two scriptures and many more are witnesses to the fact that God assured us of His ever abiding presence and he confirmed this by giving us the Holy spirit to dwell in us permanently. Yes, permanently.
Do you have the Holy spirit? If yes, then trust me God speaks to you. Just grow in the conscious of WHO you carry?😁

2. CONSISTENTLY TURN DEAF EARS to the witness of the Spirit within you: Many people fall into this category and then wonder why they do not hear Him speak.
If inanimate objects hear Him and respond, how much more you? If he can't tell you when to speak and when not to. If he can't tell you what to watch and what not to watch. If he can't tell you to give. How do expect him to tell you when there are opportunities open for you to invest him?
You get it right? Listen in little things and watch him speak to you more

AND ADAM SAID, THE WOMAN WHOM YOU GAVE TO BE WITH ME, SHE GAVE ME OF THE TREE, AND THE REST IS HISTORY🤣

It was never my idea.

It's true many persons did not bargain for the results certain relationships in their lives produced for them, and truthfully speaking, they may not be totally wrong.

But you chose to allow them influence you whether you like it or not.🤔

Hahaha, relax, I know you are already getting emotional.

1. Christians are commanded to love all men.
2. You can't choose who takes certain positions in your life.

Love all men ; not even the beggar on the street should be deprived of this divine command.

If you do this you're indeed an obedient Son of God, but bear in mind that the level of intimacy and influence you allow in a relationship should be determined by you. Definitely, on the basis of what scriptures recommends.

Now, in the instance that you do not have total control of the position people take in your life (e.g parent, siblings, extended family members), remember that you must love them, and you need to know that God will access you for how you treat them.

So you will have to be subtle and use wisdom to control their influence over your life.

Do not, at the slightest mistake, begin to criticize and talk back at people you should honour.

Ensure you use wisdom when correcting them.

This is very hard, but that is the truth.

In all, I advise you to discern the role they are meant to play in your life and do not allow them go past it. Do not expect from people what only God can do.

When you position them rightly in your heart, you can easily achieve this, and your relationship with them will be peaceful.
