Wahala Promax! A man bought a land for N4million from another man in the same community. 3 weeks later, a telecom company came proposing to buy the land for N80million to mount their network mast.

The problem now is that the original seller, after getting wind of the information wants to revoke the sales, saying he didn't sell the land and wants to return the buyer's N4million.

The bigger problem is that he doesn't even have the N4million at hand to return to the buyer. According to him, he'll return the buyer's N4million once the telecom company pays the N80million. 😅😅
