Living deliberately is essence of our existence, the events happening around our lives must be observed diligently as they unfold because your success and satisfaction depend largely on what you do with the emerging facts. Successful people pay attention and even employ others to watch on their behalf while failure mindset take everything and every event for granted. In order to escape the failure of the past, you must go through the history to avoid their mistakes but to embrace their successful strategies. You are on a verge of success or failure, if you manage the family resources well, portray the identity in a strong manner and use the provided resources judiciously. Discover what you have to repeat but be equipped with the fact that purpose for living is generational. Position 1: Branch Manager
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income streams for the company.
 Develop business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
 Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones.
 Create, market and report all initiatives and outcomes within their sub-units.
 Prepare action plan for self for effective search of new clients, sales leads and prospects.
 Provide timely feedback to Line Manager regarding performance.
 Maintain accurate record of all sales activity.
 Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
 Create and conduct proposal presentations and ‘request for proposals’ (RFP) responses.
 Identify and resolve client complaints and enquiries promptly.
 Product presentation to potential clients through direct communication and Telemarketing.
 Establish, maintain and follow-up on existing clients and potential clients; build client loyalty, obtain referrals and manage client database.
 Must have proven leadership record of building, coaching and motivating the Branch Team to meet set targets.
 Must have a good understanding of general insurance businesses in the stated location and neighbouring states.
 Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation.
 Prepare reports for Insurance underwriters.
 Advise clients on making claims on their policies.
 Renew or amend existing policies for clients.
 Collecting insurance premiums and
 Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications
 BSc. Marketing or any related discipline.
 Should have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Branch Manager in the Financial Service Institution, most preferably in the Insurance sector.
 Professional certificates in Marketing, Management or Insurance will be an added advantage.
 A strong background in Insurance.
 Must be sociable and possess excellent communication skills.
 Must have proven leadership record of building, coaching and motivating the Branch Team to meet set targets.
 Must have a good understanding of general insurance businesses in the stated location and neighbouring states.
 Must be ready to resume immediately.

Position 2: Business Development Officer
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income streams for the company.
 Assist in developing business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
 Prepare action plan for self for effective search of new clients, sales leads and prospects.
 Assist in the initiation, development and coordination of business presentations and action plans to pe*****te new corporate clients.
 Provide timely feedback to the Managing Director/Head of Sales regarding performance.
 Maintain accurate record of all sales activity.
 Make presentations on set targets and review of previous and planned activities during the weekly sales meeting.
 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
 Create and conduct proposal presentations and ‘request for proposals’ (RFP) responses.
 Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
 Possess drive, motivation and attention to details in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
 Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.
 Product presentation to potential clients through direct communication and Telemarketing.
 Establish, maintain and follow-up on existing and potential clients, build client loyalty, obtain referrals and manage client database.
 Facilitates at least one internal training in a year.
 Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation.
 Prepare reports for insurance underwriters.
 Advise clients on making claims on their policies.
 Renew or amend existing policies for clients.
 Market services.
 Collect insurance premiums and perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

The World Menstrual Hygiene Day

The event of the day was planned by The Incubator Foundation, GEM Foundation, and Dare Woman Initiatives for the distribution of free pads to the girls at the special and correctional centers in celebration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day but it came also with the commemoration of Children's Day which is observed on 27th May each year.

We arrived at the facilities early in the morning with seven bags of pads, packs of liquid Dettol, packs of tissue papers, and rows of sachet detergents. The thrust of the message to the girls at the correctional center and special correctional center with the message on the essentials of maintaining hygienic disposition during the monthly flows and how to dispose of the used pads

They were encouraged to have a dream to achieve greatness in life despite their current predicament. Success stories from the Bible and secular events were narrated to stimulate their appetites and passion for growth and development in their chosen endeavors.

We sang together, danced, and rejoiced together. The items brought were distributed and shared with the girls under the supervision of their teachers. We concluded the visit on a high note. One of the principals came to express their heartfelt appreciation for our generosity and magnanimity demonstrated towards the girls at the facilities.
