Throwing it back to one of the most valuable moments from SXSW. It wasn’t a showcase or a networking event, It was hearing my music played in a room full of people whose job is to identify talent and build careers. 🔗

I submitted Enthralled to a demo listening session and had the opportunity to receive feedback from industry professionals including legends like and ✨

The feedback was encouraging. Philip highlighted the melody and commercial potential of the record, but what stuck with me most wasn’t the praise.

It was the question.

“If the music is this strong, why isn’t the brand bigger yet?”

It’s a question I’ve thought about a lot since then..

The truth is, there isn’t a shortcut. For the past few years I’ve simply been building. Building the music. Building the vision. Building the relationships. Building the foundation. 📈

That conversation reminded me that sometimes you’re closer than you think 🤞🏽

Grateful for the feedback, the challenge, and the opportunity to be in rooms like this.

Nobody, not even you, gets to see the full picture when you’re building.. It’s why we show up everyday 🧘🏽‍♂️

A lot of this journey happened quietly.. The freestyles, the doubts, the rebuilding, the small wins that slowly became bigger moments. There were times I felt overlooked, but looking back now, I realise every phase was preparing me for something greater.. 🧱

From early performances to sharing stages with artists I grew up listening to, to taking my music and vision to spaces like SXSW, one thing I’ve learnt is this:

Timing truly is crucial..

Not every season is for noise. Some seasons are for growth.

I’m grateful to everyone that has supported me at every stage of this journey, whether you discovered me years ago or you’re just finding my music now. Every message, repost, stream, conversation, opportunity and belief has meant more than you probably know 🙏🏽🫶🏽

And honestly… I still feel like we’re only just getting started.

There’s a new chapter unfolding right now. New energy, new perspective, new music and a clearer vision than ever before✨

A month ago today, I was fully immersed in the varieties of offerings at SXSW. Now that the dust has settled, I’ve had time to reflect on what an incredible event that it was.

Being out in Downtown Austin, moving between rooms, conversations and experiences… I started to realise something; there was so much value and information to tap into during the course of the conference

It was a reminder that positioning, clarity and energy matter just as much as talent.

From getting real-time feedback on my music, to understanding how important the right environments are… I’m leaving this one sharper than I came.

As an artist trying to level up, you can’t just focus on being seen, you need to focus on being in the right places, around the right people, with the right mindset. The difference is everything.

Got more content from SXSW on the way… trust me, we’re just getting started.

Feeling blessed and grateful to be in these positions I find myself in.. super excited for everything that’s coming up next in this adventure we call life 🚀🏄🏽‍♂️

March for me was all about being intentional and continuous development🏄🏽‍♂️… but every now and then, I had to pause and take in the beautiful scenery of Downtown Austin 🌆

Whenever I got tired, all I had to do was step outside and feel the energy of the city✨.. The weather? Perfect👌🏽.. The skyline? Unreal 🏙️.. It was such a complete experience, and the perfect way to round up Q1 2026 ✅

First time on BBC… and they asked questions that really made me think differently 🎙️

Been off the grid for half a minute, building, learning, refining… so this felt like a full circle moment, and a huge milestone, airing on national radio and speaking on the journey properly 🛫

Grateful for the growth, the lessons, and everyone still tapped in 🤝🏾

It’s been an amazing year fr fr .. we got some surreal coverage, we did incredible numbers, we played some wonderful gigs as well🍾
But amidst all of these, one of my fave moments from this year was being able to create a dance challenge for one of my chuune with the help of my G, the incredible, multitalented 🫶🏽
The Enthralled dance challenge literally took on a life of its own, off a simple tutorial video for people to vibe to. We had over 100+ people jumping on the trend on TikTok alone 💃🏽

For some reason, The Spotify algorithm has now picked up on this amazing tune again and them numbers are going uppp despite being released many months ago 🚀
Real music is always gon last fr fr, cheers to all the creatives who worked with me on this project and thanks to you all for listening and sharing my vibrations! 🫡

Signing out for the year in style, in 2026 we go again and we’re doing it even better 💪🏽

Happy birthday to the man.. who was once the boi 🧞‍♂️

2025; A Year of Motion, from start to finish 🏎️

I have experienced the highest of highs this year, wins, milestones, achievements beyond my wildest expectations, then I’ve done it again, and again.. 🚀
On the flip side, I’ve gone through some pretty rough times this year as well, dark moments where I questioned everything and if it was all even worth it 😣

But through it all, I never stopped pushing, never stopped grinding.. never stopped moving 💨

You only have to scroll through my page to see some of the amazing stuff I’ve been blessed with via my Artistry this year.. but on the other hand, I’ve also been an active part of the incredible Bradford 2025 team who delivered 1,000 events as the UK City of Culture 🎉
Either of this would have been an incredible achievement by any standard on its own, but to juggle both facets of my life, professional and Artistic, and still do an amazing job at both is waay more than I could have possibly asked for 🤲🏽

So, yeah, this year has been pretty special, very challenging, but I wouldn’t trade any second of it for anything.. I have grown in tenfolds in mentality and capacity, but I have also been blessed with incredible people and a community who constantly push and support me to do more 🫶🏽

I can’t even begin to imagine what the next year would look like.. but what I know for sure is I am taking all of this learnings and energy and capacity with me into the new year, and if this year is anything to go by, it will deffo be legendary as well✨

Happy birthday to me, I dare say I’ve done a mazza this year.. if you made it this far, say a likkle prayer for the boi 🙏🏽
