THE WEEK'S k’sNUGGET.

“The Misinterpreted Blessing:

"Why Tapping Grace Is Not Scriptural”

Many teachings in today’s Pentecostal circles sound attractive but lack biblical foundation. One of such is the idea that “if you sow into a successful man, you too will become successful,” or that by “tapping into the grace” of a man, you automatically share in his blessing.

But what does Scripture actually say?
The Misused Scriptures
Hebrews 7:7, Without contradiction, the less is blessed of the better.”....This verse is not a formula for sowing into a man of success. It is part of a larger argument showing that Melchizedek’s priesthood was superior to Levi’s, and by extension, pointing to the eternal priesthood of Christ. The blessing flows from Christ, our Great High Priest, not from mere mortals.

Galatians 6:6-7, Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches…...This teaches support for those who minister God’s word, not transferring success by seed sowing.
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 and Proverbs 11:24-25 emphasize generosity, but nowhere do they say giving to a successful man transfers his success.

The Real Doctrine
True success comes from God through obedience, diligence, and His favor Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-3
We are blessed in Christ Jesus Ephesians 1:3, not by tapping into another person’s grace.
Christ is the greater High Priest who blesses us with eternal salvation Hebrews 7:25

The Danger of Misinterpretation
When men misapply these verses, they reduce God’s blessings to a transactional system and shift focus from Christ to men. This is manipulation, not ministry.

The Call Back to Truth;
Beloved, don’t be deceived. Support God’s work, be generous to others, honor those who labor in the Word but know that your blessing is rooted in Christ, not in "sowing into success."

Stay with the Word. Test every doctrine by Scripture. The greatest blessing you can receive is already given, eternal life and every spiritual blessing in Christ Ephesians 1:3

Finally,
Don’t tap into a man. Tap into Christ, the source of all GRACE.

Have a Graceful week.

I'm a work in progress in the hands of Abba.

No sir, that is not what Heb. 7:7 says , doctrinally
Hebrews 7:7 teaches that the act of blessing flows from the greater to the lesser,

And it uses Melchizedek’s blessing of Abraham to prove the superiority of Christ’s priesthood over the Levitical order.

It establishes the doctrine that Christ, our High Priest, is greater than the Law and is the true source of eternal blessing.

I understand and honour the aspect of honouring a Prophet according to scripture, taping into a successful pastor to become successful is not Biblical, trash it please 🙏

Pleass, share your view.

A few days ago, I taught someone on this subject, emphasizing that every individual has direct access to God.

You can intercede for others, but that doesn’t mean you have a clearer connection to God or that He answers you better than He answers them.

Thank you, Pst. Talena.

He wanted to take my initial forgiveness for granted, and I acted on it... Rev. Christie, while sharing her experience, stressed the importance of breaking free from societal expectations.

Yes, ma'am.....Societal pressure has become a vice ravaging our communities, sadly, even the church is not exempt. It fuels unhealthy competition and burdens people with standards that God never placed on them.

TOUCH NOT MY ANNOINTED......ANOTHER SCRIPTURE QUOTED OUT OF CONTEXT: BY PASTOR AKINTARA AKINTAYO

I have told you that the touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm Scripture is quoted out of context by the Word of Faith pastors, they always quote it to shield themselves from criticisms, especially after their infamous twisting and distortion of the inspired written word.

For God's sake, why would any Holy Spirit-filled
Man of God wants to live in error forever? Why would any educated person equate criticism (of errors) to causing bodily harm on God's anointed? God did not give Christians the gift of discerning of the Spirits for nothing, that gift was given so that we can use it to detect errors and also expose false spirits that may want to take over the Church through false teachings, false manifestations, and false practices.

When errors are discovered, a genuine man of God will not continue to embrace them, he will cast them away immediately, he will not embrace, accommodate or tolerate them for one second.

It is sorcery for any man of God to start cursing or issuing threats to Christians who are demanding the purity of God's Word from pulpits ( pulpits are for pulling people out of pits, they are not for pushing people into pits), anybody that is doing that is a Sorcerer, he is not a man of God, the bible made us understand that Sorcerers manipulate Spiritual Gifts for commercial purposes, that is why they get unnecessarily angry when the truth is revealed, they know the truth but they don't want it because knowing the truth will spoil their businesses.

I have mentioned it before in one of my videos,......Your mÂŁssages are wearing people out and driving dÂŁprÂŁssion.

The rising rate of suicide is alarming. Dr. Abel Damina, after his discussion with Pastor Layinka, warns again.

Fear God and retreat, merchants of the Gospel.

QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERS ON TITHE

(1)
In Deuteronomy 14:24–29, God commanded tithers to eat their tithe in His presence and share it with the poor, widows, orphans, and Levites. Why do you ignore this?

(2)
Why does Deuteronomy 14 forbid tithing with money, yet you boldly demand cash and transfers every Sunday?

(3)
Both Deuteronomy 14 and 26 speak of tithing every third year. Why don’t you follow this biblical instruction?

(4)
In Deuteronomy 26:12, tithes were given to Levites, strangers, orphans, and widows. Do you practice this ?

(5)
While Jesus was on earth, did He ever pay or collect tithe? If not, by what authority do you enforce what Christ Himself never practiced?

(6)
Did the early church...Peter, James, John, Paul, or any Apostle....ever collect tithe from believers? Show us just one scripture!

(7)
The Bible mentions three different kinds of tithes:
The Levitical Tithe... given to the Levites for their priestly service (Numbers 18:21–24)

The Festival Tithe... eaten and enjoyed by the giver and their household before the Lord (Deuteronomy 14:22–27).

The Poor Tithe... given every third year to the Levites, widows, orphans, and strangers Deuteronomy 14:28–29; 26:12
So which one exactly is the tithe of Malachi 3:10 that you always preach about?

(8)
Malachi 3:10 says “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse.” Where exactly is this “storehouse^? Is a storehouse the same as a church building?

(9)
When you say “tithe works for me,” can you back it with scripture, or is it just an emotional line to keep deceiving people?
Is it tithes that works or God?

Many are already fuming 😃 😀 Beloved of God, you don’t need that stress.

If you are sincere and truly a student of the Bible, then please answer these questions honestly, i honestly want to learn, but If you can’t, stop misleading the flock of Christ.

I speak out of love, not h@te. My desire is liberation for the brethren, many have been maimed instead of made, i desire a transformed and glorious Church, where together we enjoy the true purpose of Christ, and Christ alone is glorified.

Happy Sunday.
