At 40 years old, the eagle faces a life-or-death choice.
Its talons have grown too long and curved — they can no longer grasp prey.
Its beak becomes too bent — it can’t tear food.
Its chest and wing feathers are too heavy — they make flight nearly impossible.

Now the eagle has only two options:
die… or endure a long, painful transformation.

It retreats to its mountaintop nest.
There, it begins the brutal process of rebirth.

It smashes its beak against a rock until it breaks off.
Then it waits. Slowly, painfully, a new beak grows.
With that beak, it pulls out its old talons — one by one.
And once those regrow, the eagle uses them to rip out the heavy feathers from its chest and wings.

150 days of struggle. Pain. Isolation. Silence.

But when the process is over — it soars again.
Reborn.
Stronger.
Free.
And it lives on… for another 30 years.

Sometimes, to truly live — we must change.
Change often comes with fear, discomfort, even heartbreak.
But clinging to what no longer serves us — old habits, toxic patterns, outdated beliefs — weighs us down.
Only when we release the burden of the past can we rise into the future.

The pain of transformation is real — but so is the power of rebirth.

Emmanuel Macron makes a bold statement on Africa’s future. The French President has vowed that France will not abandon its former African colonies.

MACRON: 🗣️ “If we leave African countries to manage on their own, now is not the time. Africa remains the least developed continent, and history shows we have a role to play in supporting its growth. A complete withdrawal could halt progress. There is still much work for us to do in Africa, and we believe they are not fully ready to thrive without our involvement.”

But the truth is the devil hideouts (France) will soon crumble.. France 🇫🇷 just want to keep on looting Africa’s resources.

Just imagine the audacity and the way they see us, as a resource to manipulative and use for their development in disguise
What a disrespectful speech to we Africans.

The giraffe has a strong heart to pump blood all the way up to its head and strong arteries to withstand the high blood pressure needed to carry the blood to its head. It also has a so called “wonder net,” which is a network of blood vessels that helps to stabilize the blood pressure in the giraffe’s head even when it raises and lowers its head.

Modern science continues to uncover engineering wonders that enable the giraffe to keep blood flowing evenly to its brain and keep blood from pooling in its legs. Researchers have discovered that giraffes, unlike human beings, have a valve in the jugular vein. But these valves work in the wrong direction to help blood stay in the head. Instead, they close when a giraffe lowers its head, preventing used blood from backing up into the brain.

And how does a giraffe, which stays on its feet all day, keep blood from pooling in its legs? Scientists have found that the skin on a giraffe’s legs is very tight fitting. When a giraffe walks, its muscle movement within that tight skin actually helps pump used blood out of the legs.

If life owed its existence to chance and genetic mistakes, we wouldn’t have any giraffes today. But what a wonder of God’s design these stately creatures are!

On my Birthday, I invited 17 of my friends to my house but 27 of them came. A lot of them arrived before 6pm, the time I asked them to come. More came even at past 9pm.

Last week, I was feeling breathless and I called several of my friends as my wife was not in Lagos.

3 hours after I had called, not even one showed up.

I had told my wife about it who traveled that same day to another state.

When I was able to open my eyes, there was only one person I saw. Which was, my wife Opeyemi

I never knew how I got there, so I asked her, how?—thinking a friend had brought me to the hospital.

My guess was wrong as none of them did. It was my wife who brought me. She stepped into the next available bus coming to Lagos immediately I called her. And then was the only one who showed up for me.

It was much after ONLY ONE called that he had arrived my house.

A man who isn’t making his wife his first priority among others in life is set for a lifetime loss.

Family is family. Your wife is your life. No friend, no colleague, no relative can come close to the human they are to you.

That’s why you have to invest in her and not an absentee spouse but give her your most valued time and not just the leftovers.

The truth is, no one loves you, care for you more than that woman you married and called your wife.

A Painful Truth from Nature 🦂💔
After giving birth, a mother scorpion carries her babies on her back to protect them. During this time, she doesn't eat and uses all her energy to keep them safe. As the days go by, she grows weaker, devoting everything she has to ensure her young survive. When the baby scorpions are strong enough, they leave their mother and begin life on their own. By then, she is often exhausted and vulnerable—having sacrificed herself completely for them.
This image of silent sacrifice mirrors what many parents do for their children. From the moment we are born, they give us everything—time, energy, comfort, dreams—asking little in return. And yet, as they grow older and weaker, many are left behind, neglected, or forgotten.
We pursue our own goals, often forgetting those who made them possible.
But life always comes full circle. One day, we too will be where they are now.
Let’s not wait until it’s too late to honor them.
Let’s give them the love and care they gave us—while we still can.

I NEVER GET TIRED OF READING THIS STORY...

PLEASE READ AND YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

During World War 2, a soldier was separated from his unit on an island.
The fighting had been intense, and in the smoke and the crossfire he had lost touch with his comrades.
Alone in the jungle, he could hear enemy soldiers coming in his direction.
Scrambling for cover, he found his way up a high ridge to several small caves in the rock. Quickly he crawled inside one of the caves.
Although safe for the moment, he realised that once the enemy soldiers looking for him swept up the ridge, they would quickly search all the caves and he would be killed.
As he waited, he prayed, "Lord, please spare my life. Whatever will happen, I love you and trust you. Amen."
After praying, he lay quietly listening to the enemy begin to draw close.
He thought, "Well, I guess the Lord isn't going to help me out of this one."
Then he saw a spider begin to build a web over the front of his cave.
"Hah" he thought, "What I need is a brick wall and what the Lord has sent me is a spider web. God does have a sense of humour."
As the enemy drew closer he watched from the darkness of his hide out and could see them searching one cave after another.
As they came to his, he got ready to make his last stand, but then he heard the leader of the soldiers say:
"you may as well ignore looking in this cave ...if he had entered here this web would be broken!" So they left and he was delivered!
To his amazement, however, after glancing in the direction of his cave, they moved on.
Suddenly he realised that with the spider web over the entrance, his cave looked as if no one had entered for quite a while.
"Lord, forgive me," he prayed. "I had forgotten that in you a spider's web is stronger than a brick wall. He will use the most foolish things in this world to confound the wise!
God is your protector, if you believe in him. Bless someone with this story.

Grounding is not rituals.

You can’t achieve a lot health wise without grounding.

Our bodies constantly carry an electrical charge that needs to be discharged.

Failing to ground ourselves prevents us from restoring and maintaining our body's natural electrical state, inevitably leading to disease.

Believe it or not, this is the first time in human history that we've lost our connection to the Earth. Modern diseases can't be solely blamed on diet and toxins; it's a broader issue.

Your body requires various elements to stay healthy, and grounding is one of them. In simple terms, grounding or earthing means making direct skin contact with the earth through your bare feet or hands, or with various grounding systems.

You might wonder, "How can such a simple act prevent disease?"

Well, let me explain with a straightforward example.

In today's society, we face constant oxidative stress. The Earth's surface, however, provides a continuous supply of free electrons. Grounding allows these electrons to transfer from the Earth to our bodies, reducing oxidative stress and neutralizing free radicals.

To emphasize, a direct earth connection helps flow free electrons, resolving chronic inflammation caused by free radicals.

Moreover, grounding shields you from nnEMF (non-native electromagnetic field) exposure, a significant concern in our lives.

Overexposure to nnEMFs has been linked to a range of health issues, including cellular dehydration, insomnia, mineral imbalances, tinnitus (ringing in the ear), a messed-up circadian rhythm, low testosterone, elevated estrogen, depression, anxiety, neuropsychiatric effects, infertility, cancer, brain damage, fatigue, heart problems, leukemia/cancer, and more.

You may want to know how you can practice grounding outdoors.

Here are various ways to practice grounding outdoors:

● Walk barefoot routinely on dirt, grass, or sand.
● Stand with bare feet on humid dirt or sand.
● Press your bare hands into the grass or earth.

I’ve been on over 200 dates, slept with 40+ women, and tried building 5 different relationships.

Yet—I’m still single.

But I didn’t walk away empty-handed. I walked away with lessons that most people only learn the hard way:

1. Be Valuable, Not Available

You won’t get women by being everywhere. You get women by being something she wants.

Every girl I’ve ever had access to came through value—not vibes.

They came as job seekers, model applicants, interns, mentees, broke graduates, and social climbers. I didn’t chase them. They needed something I had.

I’ve paid school fees. Bought laptops. Sponsored visa. Rented apartments.

You can’t reap where you didn’t sow. But once you become valuable, they’ll refer themselves—and their friends too.

2. Be Honest (Especially With Yourself)

Most men are pretending.

Pretending to want commitment just to get s*x. Pretending to be rich just to gain access. Pretending to care when they really don’t.

The easiest way to get what you want is to be clear about what you want.

If it’s short-term, say it.

If it’s s*x, don’t call it love.

You’ll lose a few—but you’ll keep your dignity. And you’ll be shocked how many women actually prefer the truth.

3. Nobody’s Perfect—But Know Your Limits

Toxic love is real. It’s not movies. It’s madness.

It’s when two people create their own version of hell and start decorating it with s*x, silence, and suspicion.

I’ve been there.

She cheated. I stayed. I forgave. I suffered.

The next five months? Pure hell. That wasn’t healing—it was extended punishment.

The earlier you walk away from dysfunction, the closer you are to peace.

4. Be Confident (But Not Desperate)

Girls will compare you with billionaires they’ve never met.

They’ll expect from you what their own fathers never gave their mothers.

Don’t break your back trying to impress someone who hasn’t even earned your attention.

Just build yourself.

Improve your looks, your money, your discipline, your skills.

But don’t overdo it for

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation, Sky News, and Deutsche Welle,

In The Interest of Transparency, Please Balance Your Coverage

Senator Natasha Akpoti, whom you have repeatedly given a platform, falsely accused me of the same offence for which she now accuses Senator Godswill Akpabio in 2021, after an altercation with me involving a lady, suspected (but not proven) of being a catfish account controlled by Senator Natasha Akpoti, offering me unsolicited s*xual favours via Facebook, and me telling the woman in question that I was happily married and not interested in a relationship with her or any other woman besides my wife.

When I brought this to the attention of security experts, I was informed that this was a common practice in Abuja, where some unscrupulous persons make such offers to politically exposed persons, such as myself, using beautiful women as fronts to entrap men with compromising photographs. I do not know if this was Miss Natasha Akpoti's ultimate aim then.

Miss Akpoti, as she then was, only retracted, then deleted her accusations when I proved with unimpeachable evidence, including my passport stamp and a First Class British Airways ticket, that I was not in Nigeria during a May 6, 2014 state banquet for Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, which was the date and time when she falsely claimed I s*xually harassed her.

On the contrary, my boss, then President Goodluck Jonathan, had sent me as a Special Envoy to the United States in the heat of the Chibok Girls' abduction and the ensuing campaign, which involved then-U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama. From there, I flew to see my children in California.

After retracting her lies and deleting the video she had made levelling her accusations against me and peddling sundry other untruths, her then fiancé, Mr. Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan, now her husband, called me on a three-way call with a major Christian clergyman and appealed to me, as a Pastor, to accept an out-of-court settl
