Take it as your launch, always drink water twenty to thirty minutes after food, this will help you for easy diagetion.

You can take a little fruit in the evening, and that should be enough for you.

This meal is very good for the diabetic.

Before taking this meal this morning my sugar readings were 93mg/dl but after two hours the sugar level became 90mg/dl

You can also agree with me that it's a very good breakfast for the diabetic.
Make sure that you drink water after 20minutes to 30minutes intervals.

stop taking water as you are eating, it won't help your diagetion.

Just continues to eat healthy, make healthy living a habit.
Diabetes is not a death sentence.
