IF YOU WORK ALONE AS A FASHION DESIGNER, THIS IS FOR YOU 👇

Natasha works alone.

She's a wonderful fashion designer, and her work speaks for her.

She's afraid of going all out in her marketing because she doesn't have helping hands to support her in sewing.

This is what I'd advise her to do 👇

1. Know your production capacity - daily, weekly, monthly.

How many outfits can you make per day? Per week (advisable, you plan for a 5-day work week)? Per month?

If you work 5 days a week, making 1 outfit per day, that's 5 outfits per week and 20 per month.

2. Focus your marketing on getting orders up to your monthly production capacity.

For example, say your monthly production capacity is 20.

You can then do marketing to generate 20 orders a month.

This means that you stop marketing once your orders reach 20.

By so doing, you won't burn out.

However, you need to avoid poor pricing, which will affect you adversely.

If your pricing is poor, your production capacity will not feel enough. And that is a trap many fashion designers fall into - their poor pricing pushes them to take more orders than they can handle, leaving them burned out and penniless.

3. You can then plan on hiring tailors and other production staff who can deliver the same number of clothing you make by yourself.

The thinking is that you want to move from doing the work alone to finding people who can do it even better.

Chances are you can't find them easily.

This is why you need to develop your production system before you reach the point where you have to employ extra hands in order to meet up with growing demand and expand your business.

4. There's a process to hiring and even raising the funds to pay your staff instead of depending on your monthly sales to pay them. I'm teaching that in my 8-week Fashion Business Operating System Workshop starting Sept 2025.

The workshop will help you consistently make sales and manage your production without stress.

And it's primed to help you cash out during the ember months, particularly December.

Send YZ to +2348084901010 via WhatsApp or tap my WhatsApp number 0808 490 1010 to get the full details.

The cost is N14,999.

There is room for you to pay 3 times at N5k every three weeks.

This flexible payment plan is an opportunity to help you get th answers you need without money as a barrier.

Are you gonna seize it?

You should, now!

Cheers

Still on the matter of structuring your business to run smoothly without you, I have these insights for you.

▪︎ You can't build this kind of business if you're not making sales consistently.

That is, sales that afford you revenue to pay your staff, your bills, and save for investment.

This comes with knowing how to create sales funnels to attract your ideal customers who can afford your happy price and convert them into paying customers.

Once your sales funnel is in place, you can build up your customer base with the help of your existing customers. That's referral at work.

Would you like to achieve consistent sales in your fashion business? I'm teaching a class on it on Wed 17 Sept 2025 @ 7:00pm WAT.

Send me a DM on WhatsApp 0808 490 1010 for the invite.

Kindly share this post with your fashion buddies.

If production is your headache in your fashion business, let's talk about it.

Very important update!

"I am anointed to raise fashion businesses that run smoothly without their owners being present.

"The Lord has entrusted me with wisdom to build production systems, sales teams, and business structures that bring peace and freedom. African fashion designers trust me and willingly invest in my solutions.

"My influence and reputation grow daily, and my business thrives in excellence and abundance. In Jesus’ Name, Amen."

The words above are part of my daily affirmation concerning my work.

I crafted them with the scriptures in Proverbs 3:5–6 and Isaiah 48:17.

If your desire is to build a business that runs smoothly without you being present, you're the one I'm sent to. Let's talk.

If you desire peace of mind and freedom to do other things aside from business, we need to talk, I'm sent to you too, 😊.

The Lord Himself is my marketer, my promoter, and my provider!

Gbam!

You should build a confession, aka affirmation like this for yourself.

Remember, as a man thinks in his heart, he becomes. What you think reflects in what you say.

Cheers

This morning, I came across a sponsored ad by the University of Cape Town promoting a 9-week online short course.

The subject? Sales Management.

Think about that for a second—sales management takes 9 weeks to study, and they still call it a short course.

And I couldn’t agree more.

Here’s why:
Selling goes far beyond running ads.

Ads are a marketing tool—they help you get found by people who need what you’re selling. Just like the University of Cape Town’s ad found me. But running ads alone doesn’t guarantee sales.

Ads create awareness.
They generate leads.
They attract prospects.

But whether those prospects become paying customers depends entirely on sales management—how you or your sales team follow up, close deals, and sustain the process.

That’s why serious institutions teach it as a 9-week course. Because it’s not as simple as many Facebook ads would have you believe.

There are many moving parts involved in consistent selling:

Building a sales funnel

Running ads that attract the right buyers

Following up effectively

Closing sales with confidence

Automating your system for scale

At the heart of it all, you need two things:
👉 A sales system
👉 A sales team trained to run it

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a 4-week Sales & Systems Immersion Program—designed specifically for fashion entrepreneurs who want to build functional sales systems and, if you’re in clothing, production systems too.

That is, you get to build a sales system and production system!

Here’s how you can join:

Group Program → ₦15,000

Private Program → ₦250,000

🚀 If you’re ready to finally stop depending on ads alone and build the backbone of your fashion business, DM me on WhatsApp at 0808 490 1010.

(Please only reach out if you’re serious about working on your sales and production systems.)

Your future growth depends on it.

Do you know that feeling you get when an old customer comes back for more?

Oh, the joy 😊 of realizing they had such a good experience the first time that they’re eager to work with you again.

That was me today when Hafsat called to resume her business coaching with me.

We paused two years ago because of some personal matters. Today, she shared how far she’s come—her business is growing, her sales are solid, but she’s hungry for more.

Here’s what struck me:

She said, “Coach, there are so many brilliant ideas you gave me that I haven’t even touched yet—just implementing the few I managed has kept me busy.”

Let me paint you a picture—Hafsat is at a point where one customer can spend ₦300k on clothes in a single purchase. She’s making money, she’s profitable… yet she’s no longer satisfied with “good.” She wants consistent, predictable growth.

And her challenge? Implementation.

🤔 Now imagine—if someone like Hafsat (already pulling big sales) still feels stuck at implementation, how much more those fashion designers who aren’t even earning at her level?

In our session, we dug deep into what it will take to unlock her next level:

1️⃣ A Sales System

She can’t keep running on hustle. She needs a system that attracts, converts, and retains quality customers—one she can plug people into so the business keeps running, even if she steps away.

2️⃣ Delegation & Team Building

She’s grown past the “do it all myself” stage. To scale, she must raise people who can manage her sales system. Only then can she be free to focus on bigger moves.

We agreed: our coaching work now will be to build her sales system and train the right people to manage it—so whether she’s present or not, the business thrives.

I also gave her some assignments before our next meeting:

✅ Do a customer census—segmenting her base into 4 groups: Announcers, Referrers, Discount Lovers, and Others. This will help us design her referral & rewards system.

✅ Create a Best-Sellers List—highlighting her strongest products for aggressive marketing.

And that’s just the beginning.

Here’s why I’m sharing this with you: Hafsat’s situation may be yours too.

If you’ve grown your brand but feel stuck on “what next?”… you need systems and people, not more hustle.

This is the kind of work I do with fashion entrepreneurs. If you’d like us to discuss your business and map out your own growth path, my DM is open—or you can WhatsApp me directly at 0808 490 1010.

Cheers,

DON'T START SMALL AGAIN, DO THIS INSTEAD!

We all know the saying: “Start with what you have where you are.”

Great advice for starting.

But… it won’t take you to the promised land of building a big fashion brand, making millions, and selling globally.

The brands you admire didn’t stop at starting small.

At some point, they reinvented themselves.

They brought in:

✅ Investors for expansion
✅ Capable managers to run systems
✅ Door openers with access to networks & opportunities
✅ Partners to reach new markets

Because the truth is: you can’t do it all alone.

If you want to scale your fashion business, reinvention is not optional. It’s the bridge from small beginnings to global success.

👉🏽 I help fashion entrepreneurs build the systems, teams, and partnerships they need to scale to 7, 8, and 9 figures. If you know it’s time for reinvention in your brand, send me a message. Let’s talk.

💬 Over to you: What’s the one area you know you need to reinvent in your fashion business right now?
