This is not the standard form in everyday English.

Example: The committee is yet to decide (still sounds a bit formal/old-fashioned).

'I have yet to receive my salary' ✅

This is the correct and widely accepted form. 'Have yet to' is in the present perfect tense, which means the action has not happened from the past up until the present moment.

Here:

Have shows present perfect.

Yet means 'up to now' or 'until now'.

To receive infinitive verb showing the action.

It is a formal and polished way of saying 'I haven’t received my salary yet' and is used in both British and American English.

Example: I have yet to meet the new manager means 'I haven’t met the new manager yet'.
