Effort only fully releases it's reward after a person refuses to quit.
I like how they put it in pidgin; na who give up naim f**k up.
We have such amazing strength in us as humans. Sometimes that strength is unreached because we do not press a little more.
I think that is why so many people quit halfway. See, quitting only proves you've refused to press in more for the strength within.
I like what the Bible says in 1John 2:14: I have written to you young men, because you're strong, the word of God abides in you and you have overcome the evil one
What that means to me is that irrespective of whatever I'm going through and whatever state I am, I am strong. Yes, that is what is written of young men.
Ye are strong
You are strong
You are strong by the reason of His word and you have overcome.
So even when it's as if the end is far fetch and giving up seems like the only and best option, the scriptures says you have OVERCOME.
And let me say it here again. Na who give up naim f**k up.
You'd have to settle for less when you give up, why do that? You're strong, guy. Keep pressing.
His mighty power is at work in you. Know ye not?
