"Life's little lessons 😂. I was out showing off my beautiful handbag, making sure everyone could see its awesomeness 😆. I turned it to the side, expecting admiration... only to find the shop I was heading to was LOCKED 🚪😂. Moral of the story: don't go out there trying to impress people, show off or you might just get disappointed like I did today 😂. Be yourself, and let your worth come from within 💁‍♀️. "

Why is it important?

1) Freshness:washing up helps maintain personal hyĝiene and keep you feeling fresh throughout the day.

2) Cleanness: It reduces the risk of bacteria and fungal infècti0n, keeping your intim@te area clean and healthy.

3)Confidence: Good hyĝiene practices can boost your confidence and make you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

After peeing wash up with normal water, gently dry with a clean towel.

Try to wash up after peeing every time you use the restroom. It is a small step that can make a big difference in your overall and wellbeing
