2. Irregular Menstrual Cycle
Too much stress can affect the brain signals that control the menstrual cycle. This may cause:

Heavy or painful periods
3. Reduced Fertility
Stress hormones can affect ovulation. When ovulation is disrupted, it may make it harder for a woman to get pregnant.
