One of the biggest reasons many people struggle to create content is not because they don't have ideas.

It is because they overthink every single step.

An idea comes, and immediately, your mind starts asking:

How will I do it?
What exactly am I going to post?
Will this make sense?
Will people like it?
What if nobody engages with it?

Before you know it, you have thought about the content so much that you never create it.

Here are 3 ways to stop overthinking your content:

1. As the idea comes, write it down.

Ideas don't always come when you are ready for them.

Sometimes, you say, ā€œLet me come back to this idea later,ā€ and when you finally come back, the idea has disappeared.

So, as the idea comes, write it down.

It could be in your notebook, your Notes app, or anywhere you can easily access later.

Don't trust your memory. Capture the idea.

2. Execute the idea.

Don't carry the whole content in your head and start trying to figure out everything at once.

If you need to script it, fine. Script it.

But if it is a simple idea you can talk about or create immediately, take action on it.

Create the content.

Record the video.

Write the post.

Design the carousel.

Do something with the idea.

Because an idea without ex*****on is just another thought taking up space in your head.

3. Post it and let it go.

This is where many people get stuck.

You have created the content, but now you start overthinking:

ā€œWill this make sense?ā€
ā€œWill people like it?ā€
ā€œIs this good enough?ā€

And because of those thoughts, the content ends up sitting in your drafts.

Listen, not every post needs to be perfect.

Create it. Post it. Learn from it. Move on.

The more you overthink, the more difficult content creation becomes.

So next time an idea comes:

Write it down.
Create it.
Execute it.
Post it.

Stop carrying everything in your mind without taking action.

Your content does not need more overthinking.

It needs more ex*****on.

14/30āœ…

Very unpopular opinion:

If you read my message, please respond. šŸ˜šŸ˜‚

I really don’t understand how you can read someone’s message, see everything they said, and just disappear without a response.

Why are some people like this? šŸ˜‚

Please tell me I’m not the only one who finds this annoying. Drop your opinion in the comments!

DAY 13/30āœ…
Today, I’m reflecting on my journey through the 30 Days Visibility Challenge with Salem King.

Honestly, I have seen the effect of showing up consistently.

When I look back at where I started and where I am today, I can see the difference. There were days I didn’t have the zeal to post. Days I felt tired. Days I didn’t have the strength or motivation to create anything.

But I showed up.

Sometimes, we need people who will encourage us, push us, challenge us, and remind us why we started.

I’m genuinely grateful to Salem King for creating this opportunity and for consistently pushing us to do more. I’m also grateful for the community—the feedback, encouragement, ideas, and support.

This challenge has reminded me of something important:

Creators need creators.

We need communities. We need encouragement. We need feedback. We need people who can inspire us, challenge us, and sometimes push us when we don't feel like pushing ourselves.

We don't always have to do everything alone.

Sometimes, your growth can be accelerated simply because you are surrounded by people who are also willing to grow.

I’m grateful for this journey, and I’m proud of myself for showing up.

To every creator building, learning, showing up, and trying again—keep going.

We all need each other. Creator to creator, let's keep growing, supporting, and pushing one another forward.

Day 12/30āœ…

Sometimes, you don’t know what is inside you until you take action.

There are versions of you that are still hidden—not because they don’t exist, but because you haven’t given yourself the opportunity to discover them.

Fear and lack of confidence make many people avoid positions and opportunities that could change their lives. They see a position open and immediately think, ā€œI can’t do it.ā€

But what if taking that position is exactly what you need to become the person you are meant to be?

If you are in an organization, workplace, community, or any environment where you have the opportunity to take up a position, don’t always run away from responsibility.

Take the position.

You may discover leadership skills you never knew you had. You may find confidence you never thought existed. You may discover a stronger, wiser, and more capable version of yourself.

Sometimes, the best version of you is hiding behind the action you are too afraid to take.

Take the position. Take the responsibility. Take the opportunity.

You may be surprised by the person you become.
