-Eat at least 2 -3 eggs
-Drink enough water.
-Skip breakfast, Do intermittent Fasting.
-Change your underwear before leaving the house, Most men repeat 1 boxer every week. Not hygienic bro!
-Exercise.
-Eat fruits.
-Vitamin D(Sunlight)
-Add Onion, Garlic and Tomato to your meal, I.e after your fasting.
-Avoid Sodas, Alcohol and sugar.
-Pray.
-No smoking.
-Avoid trouble.
