The Executive Director, Projects, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Sir Victor Etim Antai, Ph.D., on Thursday, 13th August 2026, graced the traditional marriage ceremony of Mr. Cyril Bassey and his heartthrob, former Miss Blessing Ekpenyong, held in Calabar South, Calabar, Cross River State.
