Wellness Tip 💙
Start your day with a calm mind and a healthy routine. High blood pressure, also known as Hypertension, is often called a “silent killer” because it may not show symptoms—but it can affect your heart, kidneys, and overall health.
Focus on these simple habits:
• Reduce salt intake (too much salt raises BP)
• Drink plenty of water
• Eat more fruits and vegetables (especially ones rich in potassium like bananas)
• Stay active— even a 20–30 minute walk daily helps
• Manage stress through deep breathing, prayer, or quiet time
• Avoid excessive alcohol and smoking
Also, try checking your BP regularly so you know your numbers.
Consistency is key—your body responds to what you do daily, not occasionally.

What’s one healthy habit you’ve started recently that makes you feel better?
