Still thinking about the amazing conversations and connections from the summit 🌍✨

It was great representing and being in a room filled with people passionate about building businesses, creating opportunities, and driving change across Africa.

One thing that really stood out for me at the summit was the conversation around ESOs (Entrepreneurship Support Organizations).

Personally, I believe ESOs play a very important role in Africa’s startup ecosystem. A lot of young entrepreneurs have amazing ideas, but what they usually lack is access; access to mentorship, funding, guidance, structure, and the right network. That’s where ESOs come in.

If we truly want to see more sustainable businesses and innovation across Africa, then supporting entrepreneurs shouldn’t stop at motivation alone. We need more organizations willing to invest in people, support their growth journey, and create real opportunities for collaboration and visibility.

Really glad to be part of these important conversations while representing 🌍🚀

Certificates and Degrees; Which is more important?

Your achievements deserve a voice. 🌍 Too many young people stay silent about the work they’re doing, the impact they’re making, and the lives they’re changing. But we forget too quickly that visibility creates opportunity.

Post the win.
Share the journey.
Tell your story loudly.

Because sometimes, the opportunities you’re praying for are waiting to discover you through your voice. 🚀

I’ve seen what happens when young people are given the right tools, the right exposure, and someone who actually believes in their potential.

From training in-demand digital skills, to building platforms that connect opportunity to talent, to pushing conversations around innovation and the future of work, it’s all been about one thing: making access more real for African youth.

Every workshop, every program, every initiative is another step toward a future where talent isn’t limited by geography, background, or lack of opportunity.

And if there’s anything I care about most, it’s that more young people get to build, earn, create, and lead from where they are, with confidence and clarity about what’s possible. 🌍✨

Cold emails and warm email; what exactly is the difference?

Asking a profound question at an event helps you stand out because it immediately separates you from people who are only there to listen passively or ask surface-level questions.
It also gives you visibility.
