A few years ago, I was juggling multiple projects, trying to keep everyone happy, and constantly feeling behind. I thought being “busy” was the same as being productive.

Then I discovered the power of life coaching.

By learning to focus on what truly mattered, aligning my daily actions with my bigger vision, and optimizing my energy instead of just my time, everything changed.

I started helping other founders, CEOs, and midlife professionals do the same - to move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and consistent results.

If you feel like you’re spinning your wheels but achieving less than you want, this is exactly why I do what I do.

Goal setting gives your efforts direction and purpose. When you clearly define what you want to achieve, your energy becomes focused instead of scattered. Goals help you prioritize your time, make better decisions, and stay committed even when motivation fades. By breaking big ambitions into smaller, achievable steps, you build confidence through consistent progress. Goals also create accountability, reminding you why your work matters and what you are working toward. Each milestone reached reinforces discipline and clarity. Ultimately, goal setting turns your intentions into action, helping you achieve more with intention, structure, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

P.s. What’s your take on goal setting, has it ever worked for you? Let’s talk in the comments 👇

It's been raining in Lagos, and the harmattan winds are nowhere around. Is this a good or bad thing?

The Journal was purple, worn at the edges, and smelled faintly of almond oil from years of being carried in bags, church pews, and cramped buses. Ada didn’t buy it to look serious; she purchased it to escape survival mode.

Life in Enugu was loud, expensive, and fast, and hope without direction felt like prayer without faith. So she wrote down her future, not like a wish list, but as if she were signing a contract with her life.

Her first entry: “By December 2025, I will earn in dollars, no excuses.”

She laughed as she wrote it, but laughter didn’t erase it. Something shifted.

A wish became visible. Visible things demand action.
