For all of you who have ordered for Jenifa's diary on H-Pro, we see your complaints and comments and we understand your position, Like we said, we have not been silent. We try as much as possible to communicate with you, mostly via bulk SMS. But we guess the poor network situation hinders some of you from getting our messages. For the records, piracy in Nigeria, just like anywhere in the world, is big business. It is a multi-million dollar industry. The people involved have become powerful cabals. Several players have tried and failed to come up with a lasting solution to combat this menace. Many had even abandoned the industry. many producers are as good as dead. That is the cabal we are facing. We cannot explain all our challenges on social media, but we can only say we are truly sorry for all inconveniences. We do try to communicate. But we also require your understanding and support. Though, it is not easy, we are determined to make it work. We assure you that your monies are intact and we are commencing deliveries this week. But PLEASE let's be fair. There was not a time that we refused to pick your calls and then switch off. We have 2 customer service numbers, if one does not go through, the second will. So many people only flash our numbers. We did not bar anybody's line. We said we will commence delivery this week. we also have several incomplete addresses and such people have started receiving calls to correct the addresses. Our sincere appeal to you is to be a little patient. With your support, we shall get it right and people will begin to eat from their sweat again and you too will have value for your money. This can never work without you. WE ARE SORRY! I AM H-PRO! YOU ARE H-PRO!.
