🚨🇨🇩 EBOLA ALERT: THE OUTBREAK IS SPREADING TO MORE AREAS

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is facing a serious Ebola outbreak, with two more health zones Biena and Manguredjipa in North Kivu now affected, bringing the reported total to 60 affected areas.

The situation is especially worrying because some of the newly affected areas have reported a higher death rate than the overall 48% fatality rate. Health officials say delayed response efforts have made the situation more difficult.

Ebola is highly dangerous, but early detection, rapid treatment and strong public health measures can save lives. The spread to new areas shows why quick action and community cooperation are so important.

This is bigger than one country. When a deadly disease spreads, the whole region must pay attention.

Do you think African countries are prepared enough to respond quickly to outbreaks like this?

🔴 BREAKING NEWS

Niamey has just seen another major attack.

Authorities say armed men attacked Diori Hamani International Airport and a nearby military base, k!ll!ng 11 soldiers and 2 civilians. They also say 22 att*ckers were k!lled and about 20 suspects arrested.

According to reports, the armed group JNIM claimed responsibility for the attack. Security forces reportedly fought the attackers for hours before securing the airport.

The airport remains open, but the incident shows that the fight against terrør!sm in the Sahel is far from over.

Niger, Burkina Faso and Mali are all facing the same enemy: terrørism and insecurity.

Do you believe the Sahel countries can defeat terrorism through stronger regional cooperation?

Question: who is sponsoring those Terrør!sts?

🔴 BREAKING NEWS :

Something serious is happening in Niger’s capital, Niamey.

Reports say heavy gunfire and explosions were heard early Saturday around Diori Hamani International Airport and near the presidential palace. Witnesses say the shooting continued around the palace.

Niger has been under military rule since the 2023 coup, with General Abdourahamane Tchiani leading the government. Since then, Niger has moved closer to Russia while working more closely with fellow Sahel states Burkina Faso and Mali .

But what exactly is happening in Niamey?

Authorities have not yet given an official explanation, so the situation is still developing.

Stay calm, stay informed.

What do you think is happening in Niger right now?

🔴 BREAKING NEWS 🇧🇫🇧🇪

Something interesting is happening between Burkina Faso and Belgium.

Belgium’s Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot met with Captain Ibrahim Traoré and said Belgium wants to work with Burkina Faso while respecting the choices of its leaders.

He said Belgium wants to support Burkina Faso’s own priorities, not replace them.

For many Africans, this is an important message: partnership, not control.

Burkina Faso says it wants to choose its own path, and more countries now appear willing to work with the country on that basis.

Africa is changing. The question is: Can Africa build strong partnerships without giving up its sovereignty?

My question is, can we trust Belgium and their promises?

🛑 BURKINA FASO IS SAYING, “KNOW OUR HISTORY, RESPECT OUR FUTURE

The 2026 Patriotic Immersion Program is more than a gathering of young people. It is about teaching a new generation to understand its history, identity, responsibility and love for the homeland.

The message is clear: Burkina Faso wants a generation that knows where it came from and is ready to decide where it is going. No matter who comes to the country, respect for its people, culture and sovereignty must come first.

Africa needs young people who know their worth. A nation becomes stronger when its youth understand that the future of their country is in their own hands.

Do you think African youth should learn more about their history and identity?
YES or NO?

🚨🇧🇫 WHAT IF THIS IS HOW YOU BUILD THE AFRICA OF TOMORROW

Imagine 9,703 young Burkinabè coming together not just to celebrate finishing school, but to learn about patriotism, discipline, civic responsibility, solidarity, and love for their country.

That is what happened through Burkina Faso’s 2026 Mandatory Patriotic Immersion in the Guiriko region.

The message is simple: catch them young, teach them the right values, and prepare them to build. Supporters of Captain Ibrahim Traore's vision believe Burkina Faso is investing not only in today’s problems, but also in the young people who will shape the country tomorrow.

Africa has millions of young people. What happens when that energy is guided toward education, skills, discipline, patriotism and nation-building?

We could raise a generation that does not wait for someone else to build Africa but believes they are the ones responsible for building it.

Would you support this kind of youth program in your country?

🚨🇧🇫 THE COUNTRY THEY ONCE CRITICIZED MAY NOW BE A COUNTRY THEY WANT TO LEARN FROM

Former Somali presidential spokespeople Abdinur Ahmed Mohamed and Abdikarim Alikaar reportedly claim that Somalia paid $2 million for security and police training in Burkina Faso.

However, the $2 million figure has not been independently confirmed, so it should be treated as a claim, not an established fact.

But something important is happening. Somalia and Burkina Faso are expanding security cooperation, with discussions around police training, intelligence sharing and counter-terrorism efforts. For Africa, this sends a powerful message: we do not always have to look outside the continent to find solutions to African problems.

Burkina Faso still faces serious security challenges, but its experience in fighting armed groups and building stronger community-based security systems can provide lessons for other African nations.

When African countries share knowledge, train together and build their own capacity, Africa becomes stronger.

🔥 Should African countries learn more from each other instead of depending mainly on foreign powers?

Can Africa build its own security solutions?

Comment your thoughts. Africa must learn from Africa.

🚨 TRAGEDY IN THE HIMALAYAS: MORE THAN 1,300 PEOPLE MISSING

A catastrophic flash flood and landslide disaster has struck areas along the Nepal–Tibet border, leaving more than 1,300 people unaccounted for and hundreds confirmed dead. Authorities say a major collapse of ice, rock and debris triggered devastating floods that swept through communities and damaged roads, bridges and other infrastructure.

In Nepal, hundreds of tourists and foreign nationals are among those missing. China has also reported hundreds missing in Tibet. Rescue teams are working in difficult conditions as damaged roads, heavy rain and the risk of further landslides make the search extremely dangerous.

Families are still waiting for news of their loved ones. Rescue workers continue searching through the affected areas, while authorities work to provide emergency support to survivors.

A reminder of how quickly nature can change lives. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families and everyone involved in the rescue efforts.
