Job Title: CCTV Operator

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator to join our security team and help safeguard our assets, premises, and people through effective monitoring and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems to detect, record, and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Maintain constant surveillance of designated areas to ensure safety and security of staff, visitors, and property.
• Respond promptly to incidents by alerting the security team and supporting with accurate information.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and report faults or issues to the technical/security team.
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in line with company policies.
• Support investigations by retrieving, reviewing, and providing CCTV footage as required.
• Collaborate with the wider security and facility management team to ensure effective incident management.
Requirements:
• HND / B.sc in any discipline.
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for long periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and security operations.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
