Start Reading Early

Introducing reading early to children is one of the best gifts you can give them.

When children are exposed to books at a young age, they develop better vocabulary, stronger comprehension, and a love for learning.

It doesn’t have to be perfect—simple stories, pictures, and consistent reading time make a big difference.

👉 Start early. Keep it simple. Make it fun.

📘 Grammar Talk: “Personal Opinion”
The phrase “personal opinion” is a common example of redundancy.
💡 Why is it redundant?
The word “opinion” already means:
👉 a personal belief, view, or judgment.
So adding “personal” repeats the same idea.
❌ Redundant
In my personal opinion, this is wrong.
✔ Better
In my opinion, this is wrong.
“Personal opinion” = unnecessary repetition

Good English is not about using more words—it’s about using the right words.

Quiz Correction

Yesterday’s sentence was:

“Our plans to travel fell through at the last minute.”

✅ Correct answer: A. Our plans failed or were canceled

💡 Explanation

The phrasal verb “fell through” means that a plan or arrangement failed, did not happen, or was canceled unexpectedly.

It does not mean something physically falling.

In this sentence:

“Fell through” = the travel plans did not happen as expected.

👏 If you chose A, well done!
