🔴 The Charity Event at the Emirates: Arsenal vs. Chelsea
Gather ‘round, Gooners! This Sunday, March 1, 2026, Arsenal will once again be performing their weekly community service—this time by hosting Chelsea FC at the Emirates. It’s always nice to welcome the smaller London clubs to a world-class stadium, isn't it?

🩺 A Quick Welfare Check
After Chelsea’s inspiring back-to-back draws against footballing giants like Burnley and Leeds, they’re heading into our backyard with all the confidence of a toddler entering a chess tournament.

We almost feel bad for them. Almost.

🥊 Why It’s Going to be "Black and Blue"
The "Liam Rosenior" Era: Bless their hearts, Chelsea’s new manager has them on an "unbeaten" run... if you count drawing against relegation fodder as a streak. Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta is out here collecting North London Derby wins (shoutout to that 4-1 demolition of Spursy last week) like they’re Pokémon cards.

The Kai Havertz Revenge Tour: Our favorite "Chelsea Reject" is potentially back from a thigh ni**le just in time to remind his former employers why they should have kept the receipt. There’s nothing quite like a Kai "dagger" to the heart to send the traveling fans back to the Bridge early.

The Gap is Real: We’re sitting 16 points clear of them at the top of the table. At this point, the only way Chelsea gets close to us is if they use the London Underground.

📈 The Prediction
Expect the usual: Arsenal playing beautiful, fluid football while Chelsea’s £100m+ midfielders try to figure out which direction they're supposed to be running. We’ve already knocked them out of the Carabao Cup this month; doing it again in the League just feels like overachieving.

Final Score Prediction: Arsenal 3 - 0 Chelsea (and that’s us being generous).

The "I Told You So" Victory Speech
"First of all, I’d like to thank the rest of the Big Six for keeping the seat warm for the last twenty years. It was a lovely gesture, really. We appreciate you guys trying to make the title race 'interesting' by leading for a few weeks, but let’s be honest: the trophy just missed the Emirates. It’s like a cat—it wandered off for a bit, but it knows where the premium kibble is. To our rivals: don't be sad it's over, be happy you got to see Saliba's haircut in person. We'd invite you to the parade, but we know you’re busy 'rebuilding' for the fifteenth season in a row."

🔴 MATCHDAY: THE BEES VS. THE GUNNERS ⚪️
It’s lights out at the Gtech Community Stadium tonight as Arsenal takes on Brentford (8 PM UK)! 🏟️
After Man City’s 3-0 win yesterday, our lead at the top of the table has been trimmed to just 3 points. Tonight isn't just a game; it’s about making a statement in this title race.

What’s at stake?
✅ The Gap: A win tonight restores our 6-point cushion at the summit.

📈 The Momentum: With a brutal run coming up (Wolves, Spurs, and Chelsea), we need these 3 points to keep the "champions-elect" energy alive.

🛡️ Squad Depth: No Kai Havertz tonight (muscular injury), so all eyes are on Viktor Gyökeres and Gabriel Jesus to lead the line and break down Brentford’s stubborn defense.

The Bees are in form and sitting 7th, but Mikel’s North Londoners have the best away record in the league for a reason. Let’s get it done! 👊

What’s your score prediction for tonight? 👇

🔴 THE TITLE RACE IS HEATING UP! ⚪️
Well, the weekend didn't go exactly as we hoped, did it? We did our job in style by brushing aside Sunderland 3-0, but City’s comeback win at Anfield has officially set the stage for a blockbuster final act.

Our lead is back to 6 points, and while being top in February is a dream, we all know the shadow Man City casts this time of year.

📊 The Situation at a Glance
Arsenal: 56 pts | GD +32

Man City: 50 pts | GD +38

The Gap: 2 wins (plus City’s superior Goal Difference)

🗓️ The Road Ahead
While we have the points on the board, the schedule is the real opponent now. We still have to travel to the Etihad on April 18. That match is effectively a "six-pointer." If we can take a result there, the trophy is ours to lose. If not, we’re looking at a photo finish.

Why we should be confident:

Depth: This isn't the thin squad of two years ago. We have rotations that actually change games.

Mentality: We aren’t just winning; we’re dominating. The 3-0 win this weekend showed a team playing with zero fear.

Why we should be wary:

The City Machine: Pep’s teams historically don’t drop points in March or April.

Goal Difference: City’s +38 means that if we finish level on points, they likely take the crown. We need to keep winning outright.

🗣️ Over to You, Gooners!
Arteta says we take it "game by game," but it’s getting hard not to look at the calendar. Is a 6-point lead enough to keep the Etihad pressure at bay, or are you starting to feel the heat?

"Worst champions ever?" Let’s be real—that’s a take so cold it’s practically frozen. ❄️

It’s easy for the pundits to lean into the "boring" or "lucky" narrative when they’ve run out of actual tactical analysis. But let’s look at what’s actually happening on the pitch. If Arsenal lifts that trophy, they aren’t "stumbling" into it; they’re taking it by force.

Here is why that "worst ever" label is total nonsense:

The Defensive Masterclass: You don’t become the "worst champions" while sporting one of the most disciplined backlines in the modern era. Clean sheets aren't accidents.

The Standard is Higher: To win the league today, you have to be nearly perfect to outpace the likes of City and Liverpool. A 90+ point season (which it’ll likely take) can’t be "the worst" anything.

Winning Ugly is a Skill: Since when did resilience become a weakness? The best teams find a way to win when they aren’t at 100%. That’s called character, not a fluke.

The trophy doesn’t come with an asterisk for "style points" or "pundit approval." It goes to the team that survived the grind. If the Gunners are at the top after 38 games, it’s because they earned the right to be there. 🔴⚪️

Agree? Or are the pundits watching a different league than I am? Let’s hear it in the comments. 👇

Dear Femi Fani-Kayode, Your Silence is Loud. Why No "Northern Coup" Tag?

I have been waiting for your analysis on the recent confirmation by the Defence Headquarters regarding the 16 military officers who plotted to overthrow President Tinubu’s government.
The details are out. Reports indicate these officers are predominantly from the North. Yet, from you, we hear nothing but silence on their ethnicity.

For years, you and many others (Reno Omokri, etc) have analyzed, dissected, and continuously branded the January 1966 coup as an "Igbo Coup" because of the ethnicity of the key plotters. You have written threads and articles about the "ethnic agenda" of 1966.

Now that we have a confirmed plot in 2025 involving 16 officers—almost all of whom are Northerners plotting against a Southern President—where is that same energy?
Why have you not branded this a "Northern Coup"?

Why is the ethnicity of coup plotters only relevant when they are from the South East?
If 1966 was an "Igbo Coup" based on the plotters' origin, then by your own logic, what should we call this?
We are waiting for the "historical parallel." Or does the table only shake when it faces one direction? or maybe you no reach this one because of your Where-Belle-Face attitude?

Evil is evil, and has no generality of Tribe, Region or Religion, and you should learn to stand by the truth always. We are still waiting for you and other like-mind to do the needful, as you always do.
