Yesterday, a woman walked into the pharmacy with a sack so heavy her spine was literally screaming. She didn’t come in for a prescription; she came in with a "miracle" in a burlap bag.
I watched her heave those raw roots and jagged bark onto my counter. She had been boiling these for years, drinking bitter cups of liquid, hoping for a breakthrough. To her, "more" meant "better." If the bag was heavy, she felt the cure must be strong.
But look at my face in that second frame. 😰
When we tried to lift that massive weight onto the digital scale, the machine just gave up. "ERR." Error. It couldn't even process the burden she was trying to measure.
My face flushed not just from the physical strain of helping her, but from the realization of how much energy we waste on outdated methods. I wasn't just looking at a bag of roots; I was looking at a metaphor for life.
How many of us are lugging around "sacks" of tradition, stress, and complicated routines that are simply too heavy for our modern lives to handle?
In the final frame, I showed her the truth.

Her eyes widened. She realized she had been fighting a battle with weight, when she should have been seeking wisdom.
