Job Summary
Overview
We are looking for a smart, focused and fast Customer Service Representative who will effectively manage and respond to all customer inquiries via chats and rarely calls . You will provide the necessary support and help customers complete their transactions and aim to achieve overall positive customer satisfaction through prompt chat response and smart sales resolution.
As a customer service representative, you are responsible for servicing customers' needs by helping them buy and sell. You also drive sales through engagement of customers, negotiation, and convincing them to buy and sell by us.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: BSc Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Experience Length: 1-2 years

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Responds to chat via app and other channels
Respond to direct messages from Whatsapp and other platforms
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to close sales in line with targets
Take the extra mile to engage customers, respond to all chats, and persuade potential customers to make purchases.
Inform customers of deals and promotion and increase sales by recommending complementary items to go with their requests to sell as many products as possible per customer
Skills & Competencies Required:
Customer Focus: You are passionate about assisting customers and resolving challenging issues.
Technical Skills: You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
Interpersonal Skills: You maintain a pleasant, friendly, and patient demeanor.
