❝𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐁𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐃𝐋𝐄𝐒:❞

Some weeks ago, I was in the
kitchen; cooking beans. My children came &
were saying, daddy can cook just as Mummy can
cook. Then my first son said, 'Daddy, I also want
to start cooking'. I said, yes, you will soon start
cooking. He was excited. He said , 'The first food
I will cook will be beans' . I said, No! You will
start by cooking indomie Noddles'. He said, 'Dad,
why not beans? I said, cooking beans has some
technicalities and I won't allow you cook beans
when I have not seen you cook indomie Noddles
successfully. He said ' I know how to cook
noodles, is because mummy said small children
should not cook with gas alone without adult
supervision'. I told him that, he will cook it very
soon with my supervision or his mum's
supervision.
There is a saying that " He who will move
mountain must start by carrying small small
stones'
Just like this my Wonderful boy, many of us want
to start 'cooking' by 'cooking beans' when we
have not prove that we can cook noodles. It is
not bad to long for great exploits in life,
business, career and ministry, but we must first
prove our competency and skillfulness in little
things.
God won't allow you to start 'cooking beans',
when you have not pass the test of cooking
indomie. You want to have a multi national
company of your own, yet you are not faithful
and competent as a store manager in that
company you are working with presently.
You are longing to be greatly used by God in
Ministry like all these great God's general of our
days, yet, you have not proved your competency
in leading that small group you were asked to
lead in the Church.
Your aim is to be a minister of Education one
day, here you are in a school teaching 20
students, and all you do is to sleep with the
ladies in your class and sexually toy with them.
You think God can be mocked?
God is ready to lift us up above our imagination,
aspirations and expectations, but He will take us
through small beginning by allowing us to 'cook
indomie Noddles' first before He will allow us to
get to a bigger place and platform of ',cooking
beans'.
As business man, minister, enterprenue, aspiring
leader, politicians in the making, public speaker,
coach, musician, etc, don't be in a hurry to want
to 'cook beans'. Don't despise the opportunity of
starting your cooking with 'noddles' . When you
are successful and skillful in that level, God will
give you greater opportunities and platform
where you can 'cook beans' ( greater exploits
and accomplishments).
If you aim to 'cook beans', be ready to start by
cooking 'indomie Noddles'
Remember, 'life is in phases, and men are in
sizes' 'Noddles cooking ' must come before
'Beans cooking'.

𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐄....

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other
small birds.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded
people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies
with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision.
They can focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused
no matter what the obstacle is, you will
succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things, They Feed
only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success,
keep looking for new frontiers to conquer.
Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.

When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the
eagle uses the storm's wind to lift itself higher.
Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle
uses the raging storm to lift itself above the
clouds. This allows the eagle to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on
knowing that these will make you emerge
stronger and better than you were. We can use
the storms of life to rise to greater heights.
Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater
heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges,
rather they relish them and use them
profitably.

5. When a Female Eagle Meets a Male Eagle
and they want to mate, she flies down to earth,
picks a twig and flies back into the air with the
male eagle in hot pursuit. Once she has
reached a height high enough for her, she
drops the twig and let it fall to the ground
while she watches. The male eagle chases after the twig and catches it before it reaches the ground, then bring it back to the female eagle.
The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a
the much higher altitude and drop the twig again for the male eagle to chase. This goes on for hours with the height increasing each time until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of picking the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then will she allow him to mate with her.

MEANING; Whether in private life or business,
one should test the commitment of the people
intended for partnership.

6. Eagles Prepare for Training;

They remove the feathers and soft grass in the
nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable
in preparation for flying and eventually flies
when it becomes unbearable to stay in the
nest.

MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is
No Growth There.

7. When the Eagle Grows Old, it feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains.
While there, he plucks out the weak feathers
on his body and breaks its beaks and claws
against the rocks until he is completely bare; a
very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.

MEANING; We occasionally need to shed off
old habit no matter how difficult, things that
burden us or add no value to our lives should
be let go of.

LESSON 3: “Live out of your
imagination, not your history.”
PROBLEM: Bad stuff has happened in
your life. Maybe it was a difficult
childhood, financial trouble, or serious
illness. It slowed you down then, and stops you from moving forward now.
SOLUTION: Acknowledge that your
past is not your future. Sure, all that
stuff happened and it was awful, but
you’re still standing, and you still have
a brain, a heart, and big dreams. (You may have doubts, too, but that’s
normal.)
You also have resilience, since you
survived it, so imagine a better life – a
life where you’re living your dreams –
and step into your excellent future.

LESSON 2: “Don’t argue for other people’s weaknesses. Don’t argue for your own. When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it, and learn from it – immediately.”
PROBLEM: You do something thoughtless or hurtful, or something bad happens like divorce or your business fails. You absolve yourself of guilt by blaming it on a misunderstanding, or someone or something else (your ex-, the weak economy).
SOLUTION: Take a close look, and you’ll see you were at least partly responsible. Maybe you weren’t as communicative or kind as you could have been with your ex-, or maybe you didn’t do enough research before you launched your business.
You’ve got to suck it up and admit you were at fault. It stings a little, but whoever you’re confessing to will respect you for it. Then, make it right, whether that’s with a sincere apology or restorative action. Lastly, learn from the mistake so it doesn’t happen again.

LESSON 1: “Be a light, not a judge. Be a model, not a critic.”
PROBLEM: You see others doing things you don’t approve of. It’s easy to criticize from the sidelines, and you share it with anyone who will listen. But it leaves you feeling bitter and small.
SOLUTION: There will always be someone doing something you don’t like. Always. Recognize this fact, and understand that judging doesn’t help either of you.
It’s frustrating to witness bad behavior. But rise above your frustration or anger and be better. Be an example of good behavior in all you do. You’ll effect positive change – the ripple effect – and it’ll leave you feeling expansive, satisfied.

Gradually exercising is becoming a part of my daily routine, not because I want to grow muscle, but like I said previously, it's mainly to stay fit and lose some weight, and here's another edition of my routine at the gym.

I believe the movie "LISABI" is going to be epic. It's a beautiful work of art that showcases African culture and traditions to the world. Nollywood has evolved over the years, and I believe it's only going to get better. I'm really looking forward to this masterpiece.
