A woman in our street used to sell food every morning by the roadside. People knew her as “Aunty peace”always smiling, always calm.

Nobody knew she was running everything alone. Rent, school fees, hospital bills for her younger brother… all from that small food stand.

One morning, the stand was empty.

At first, people thought she was sick. Then days passed. No sign of her.

Later, it came out that she had been arr£sted over a debt she didn’t even fully understand…someone used her name in a loan agreement she never signed properly.

The same neighbors who used to greet her daily suddenly had different stories: “She should have been c@reful… life is like that.”

But what sh*cked everyone was this: when she finally returned weeks later, she didn’t complain.

She just rebuilt the stall in the same spot… and kept serving food like nothing happened.

But now, she doesn’t smile the same way anymore.
