1 . Cynthia Morgan
Cynthia Morgan rose through the ranks because she had unique content. Cynthia Morgan was the only female artiste that delivered her lyrics in Jamaican patois. Together with her unique content, she was rumored to be dating Burna Boy, and this helped put media attention on her. All of a sudden, Cynthia Morgan stopped releasing new songs which made her fall of the Nigerian music ladder.
2 . Chidinma Ekile
After winning Project Fame, Chidinma Ekile became one of the hottest female artistes in Nigeria. She didn't just bank on the media attention gotten from project fame, as she dropped "Jankilo" featuring Sound Sultan. She got signed on to Capital Hills Music which consists of top stars like; Illbliss, Tha Suspect and other artistes. She dropped other hit songs like "Kedike" and "Fallen in Love", and also featured other top stars like Flavour N'abania, Banky W, Wizkid, Lil Kesh and a lot others. Chidinma suddenly stopped releasing new content on a regular basis, after she left Capital Hills Music, which made her lose media attention.
3 . Lola Rae
In November 2016, Davido announced that he has signed the "First Lady" of the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW). The First Lady was Lola Rae, and everyone believed she would be the next best thing because DMW was a big record label. To everyone's surprise, Lola Rae didn't really drop any hit song while at DMW. Till now, no one knows when she left DMW or why she left.
4 . Eva Alordiah
Eva was one of the hottest rappers till she stopped releasing new content. She featured on songs with top artistes like Olamide, Sarkodie and other top artistes and had the potential to be even more. Then Eva stopped dropping new songs and started blogging and give s*x advices. Till now, Eva has delved into the blogging realm and it seems like she won't go back to music
5 . Mz Kizz
Also signed to Capital Hills Music alongside Chidinma Ekile, Mz Kizz seemed like she would be one of the greats because she had her own unique style. Mz Kizz was one of the first Nigerian female rappers to drop their content in Yoruba language. She failed to be consistent in dropping hits.
